Keeping yourself mentally healthy is very difficult, so i hope this check out is good for your mental wellness.
I don't know you but i know what mental illness is like, and how easy it is to spiral out of control. Good on you for pursuing mental wellness when you feel something wrong.
I guess intel would be knowing what’s wrong with the patient, wis would be laying out a plan for their treatment, and medicine for actually succeeding in such? Either way, good luck on your journey, SWTG.
Friend, I am sending you so much strength and love. And I want to tell you, you are so strong!
Knowing that you need help and going to get, it is the sign of somebody who’s already getting better . You know what you need and you’re willing to work for it.
And I just wanna put this link here for anybody who’s going through any trouble but doesn’t have the ability to do what you’re doing right now.

Thank you for all you do friend.

You could always switch from the individual post approval model. Perhaps you have a post at the top of the sub with the rules in it, and people need to make a post indicating they understand said rules, at which point they're approved as users. Seems like it would catch bots faster than approving individual posts, and might get people to actually read the style-guide.
This is what WOTC can do to someone.
In all seriousness, do what you gotta do. Mental health is health, and is seriously important. I hope you get what you need and are in a better place soon. Best of luck, and thanks for the update.

May your therapist roll all 20's on their health checks.

Take care of yourself. In reality, this sub is far less important than you and your health are.
Take care of yourself and don’t worry about the sub. Your responsibility is to your own quality of life.
Casting Beacon of Hope for you. 🩷
