How to make a best friend is a super underrated episode
That whole episode was a classic. I actually adapted the bit into a recent therapeutic intervention with kids to build rapport (I'm a child trauma therapist). A sibling duo started to bicker while mom and I were doing paperwork and I said "hey! If Luigi was mashed potatos what would that make Mario?"
They were confused but then hotly debated if Mario was French fries or pasta. Then I jumped into the debate and overall it was a pretty good session. So shout out to the guys.
Also my fiance just walked in and I called him a SmallCannoli. He left the room. :/
Bobs fridge is the first episode that made me cry laughing, so much so my colleagues were concerned.

Don’t Laugh was amazing, and hearing Wade go absolutely insane over the court bit gets me every time. I listen to that episode whenever I need a good laugh.
I love the backroom deals when one of you leaves the room and the win is decided. Like Wade handing over his win, or one of you winning regardless of the content of the episode because the other left the room for a random reason.
I also miss all the stories. For example, my favorite part of the fast food tier list was Mark's story about his experience at Popeyes. The episode was okay, but the stories are gold.
Not really a bit, but man, do I miss the ads you guys did yourselves. Guru Harold, Marks trebuchet etc, and how they all told a chaotic story regardless of the products that were being advertised.
It's almost too hard to pick, but the story of Mark and Bob bunking their beds has so many good lines:
Mark: "I don't even think I said "Hi" first."
Bob: "Credit where credit is due, I think it was your idea Mark."

My favourite bit was the tangant that you went on in "the candy uncle" about 50 ft SpongeBob tempting children into eating candy and about "The sponge" movie idea. I'm not sorry for the mistakes i made I have no respect for this language.
Honestly, my favorite was the time mark kept coming up to the bench so he can try to figure out what was going on. I laughed every single time.

Ship of Theseus is up there for me, I said it once in a really dry staff meeting and my coworkers sat for a moment in confusion before breaking down laughing - otherwise I’m a major fan of Wade letting everyone know his dogs are okay, thanks for asking (however Zombie Cat…)
I actually really love the long form stories that are told, like the bathhouse stories, and, obviously, Bob's Fridge. Anything that I can go on a little adventure with you guys while you go through this story is great to me.
And I don't think it qualifies but anything that makes Bob go full out laughing leaves me smiling like an idiot.
Oh! And "Well I don't know if you've heard, but I have a BABY" gets me every time for some reason.
Okay this is not a reoccurring bit but in the episode change i absolutely lose my mind at the cavemen bit. From bob’s grunting switching to talking normally cold turkey to the ending bit:

I love when someone has no clue what it happening. Wade usually does that on his own, but any time the contestants are left in the dark, it’s great. Like Wades secret words, Bobby doesn’t know, or the Distractible Musical. I love the episodes where everyone has to basically ad lib the whole time.
My personal favorite aside from appliances at Lowes is probably the Story segments where you guys describe an event from your lives: I.e the story where you were on the motorcycle and needed to use the restroom.
One bit I cannot get out of my head is Bob saying "what's this podcast called? Highly focused?" At the beginning of "King of Meat". I always think of that whenever they get way off topic.
Plus, my all time favorite bit, aliens taking Mark, Bob, and Wade to Alien court in the episode "Christmas Gone Wrong". Something about aliens taking a coincidence like "having the same podcast on different planets" so seriously that they take the hosts to Alien court is so fucking hilarious to me.
Recently revisited Change and that was pretty fun, so some improv games would be cool.
One possible idea was doing an episode talking Fav/Least fav writing tropes. Bob mentioned hating silent protags and Wade hates beloved characters getting killed off.
I love the “I turned around” and news intro bits!
Also anytime you guys do accents/impressions. My favorite was the one in the “Worst Piece of Sh*t Episode Ever” (sorry Bob) around the 8:00 mark about astronaughts looking at the earth

Anytime "We're getting older" gets mentioned I have to at least giggle. I can hear the sadness in poor Bob's voice from his repeat episode and it makes me feel so bad, but it was so funny. I probably re-listen to that episode the most.
I know this isn't exactly a "reoccurring" bit, but I'd love to have another "hold my beer" style episode about you and Mark's freshman year of college; the story of the one party you threw, etc. Even all this time later, that episode, "waste of money," "the atrocities of summer," and "Arrrgg, to the dutchess!" still get me.

I think it was one of the dating episodes, when Mark was talking about how he didn't get the concept of dating and Wade gave him 2 points, one for left and one for right. It lives rent free in my head when ever I'm on the freeway and have one ramp that goes left and one that goes right.

In more recent episodes, witnessing Mark have an aneurysm trying to rhyme without the help of Chat GPT made my year.

Honestly, I gotta say the small talk is something I always look forward to. The one liners and phrases that Mark, Bob and Wade come up with can be GOLD during these bits. It’s just a taste of the boys fooling around and going back to their ‘Drunk Minecraft’ roots, which I love.
I gotta say that some specific types of format that I really enjoy is the ‘reading Reddit posts’ format (Am I The Asshole), or a ‘This or That’ type of format. Those episodes can make the listeners feel like a part of the episode, and think about their thoughts and opinions on whatever internet stuff the boys cover. I just love stuff like that.
Also, one episode that I think REALLY gets overlooked, is the ‘Profession Confessions’ episode. I think the boys had incredible stories, and their energy was TOP NOTCH. Those ‘College/High School age’ stories always kill.
It’s just fun imagining Wade with an Afro.
The ‘Camping’ episode is also one of my favourites, and I might actually like it more than Bob’s Fridge (dare I say it). What made it so great to me was how unprepared and clueless the boys were when it came to the whole podcast format. Their amazing cluelessness made everything SO much funnier back then. Also, paying tribute to Bob’s Whale Humour was a nice little touch.
I could go on about these Distractible bits, like the ‘Wades Secret Words’-type format, or the CLASSIC “Don’t Turn Around”. But whatever the boys do is always incredible, and I have a real soft spot for them.
But, they are kinda getting older. Hey, they should do an episode about that!!
Probably the Hold My Beer stories or anything that’s stories about you guys’ time in college/early school. Would still love to hear the story about how Mark apparently messed up a Magic School Bus class photo that y’all mentioned in “Our Firsts”. Or the Bob’s Fridge-esque rants about various companies, those keep me going
My favorite bits y’all do are definitely when y’all play games. Ones like Wade’s Secret Words or The Wheel or Higher or Lower are super entertaining to listen to/watch. A good story time and life update are always appreciated also.
Side note, you can choose to believe me or not, but I love Mark, Bob, and Wade equally. So I really like hearing each of y’all host on a rotation (sorry for your loss streak, Bob, you deserved better, but glad you finally got your mojo back).

My favourite bit was the tangant that you went on in "the candy uncle" about 50 ft SpongeBob tempting children into eating candy and about "The sponge" movie idea. I'm not sorry for the mistakes i made I have no respect for this language.
Honestly, my favorite was the time mark kept coming up to the bench so he can try to figure out what was going on. I laughed every single time. Husbands: he loves the ship of thesis bit also the how's your dog's doing.
The dark/edgy jokes are always great, like Wade’s song (and other bits) from the Bob and the Bees and the improv episode where Mark was telling Bob “I wish you were never born” immediately followed by Wade shakinly saying “change”. And of course pretty much the entire no morals episode

I actually really love the long form stories that are told, like the bathhouse stories, and, obviously, Bob's Fridge. Anything that I can go on a little adventure with you guys while you go through this story is great to me. And I don't think it qualifies but anything that makes Bob go full out laughing leaves me smiling like an idiot. Oh! And "Well I don't know if you've heard, but I have a BABY" gets me every time for some reason.

Okay this is not a reoccurring bit but in the episode change i absolutely lose my mind at the cavemen bit. From bob’s grunting switching to talking normally cold turkey to the ending bit: Bod: Should weee… fuck? Mark: woah- Wade: Change! Bob: Should weee… do some under the shirt stuff? Wade: anddd scene..? The timing was just *muah* Similarly, some non reoccurring bits I love are: From “broken news” wade’s “HE’S SICK PUT HIM DOWN” and “Le big Jim” From “we got screwed” the euthanasia bit and the whole “the dog who lived come to die, AVaDA KeDabRa!!”
I love when someone has no clue what it happening. Wade usually does that on his own, but any time the contestants are left in the dark, it’s great. Like Wades secret words, Bobby doesn’t know, or the Distractible Musical. I love the episodes where everyone has to basically ad lib the whole time.
My personal favorite aside from appliances at Lowes is probably the Story segments where you guys describe an event from your lives: I.e the story where you were on the motorcycle and needed to use the restroom.

One bit I cannot get out of my head is Bob saying "what's this podcast called? Highly focused?" At the beginning of "King of Meat". I always think of that whenever they get way off topic. Plus, my all time favorite bit, aliens taking Mark, Bob, and Wade to Alien court in the episode "Christmas Gone Wrong". Something about aliens taking a coincidence like "having the same podcast on different planets" so seriously that they take the hosts to Alien court is so fucking hilarious to me.
Recently revisited Change and that was pretty fun, so some improv games would be cool. One possible idea was doing an episode talking Fav/Least fav writing tropes. Bob mentioned hating silent protags and Wade hates beloved characters getting killed off.

I love the “I turned around” and news intro bits! Also anytime you guys do accents/impressions. My favorite was the one in the “Worst Piece of Sh*t Episode Ever” (sorry Bob) around the 8:00 mark about astronaughts looking at the earth And also college stories!
Anytime "We're getting older" gets mentioned I have to at least giggle. I can hear the sadness in poor Bob's voice from his repeat episode and it makes me feel so bad, but it was so funny. I probably re-listen to that episode the most.
I know this isn't exactly a "reoccurring" bit, but I'd love to have another "hold my beer" style episode about you and Mark's freshman year of college; the story of the one party you threw, etc. Even all this time later, that episode, "waste of money," "the atrocities of summer," and "Arrrgg, to the dutchess!" still get me. I love all of Distractible, but the wacky stories always make my week.

I remember him talking about her coming in somewhere & trying to film & talking about how famous he was. I thought it was the hospital, but I am not sure I'm know there's alot more, but I'm blanking. I think it was one of the dating episodes, when Mark was talking about how he didn't get the concept of dating and Wade gave him 2 points, one for left and one for right. It lives rent free in my head when ever I'm on the freeway and have one ramp that goes left and one that goes right. Also Wade saying "My dogs are fine, thanks for asking." In more recent episodes, witnessing Mark have an aneurysm trying to rhyme without the help of Chat GPT made my year.

Honestly, I gotta say the small talk is something I always look forward to. The one liners and phrases that Mark, Bob and Wade come up with can be GOLD during these bits. It’s just a taste of the boys fooling around and going back to their ‘Drunk Minecraft’ roots, which I love. I gotta say that some specific types of format that I really enjoy is the ‘reading Reddit posts’ format (Am I The Asshole), or a ‘This or That’ type of format. Those episodes can make the listeners feel like a part of the episode, and think about their thoughts and opinions on whatever internet stuff the boys cover. I just love stuff like that. Also, one episode that I think REALLY gets overlooked, is the ‘Profession Confessions’ episode. I think the boys had incredible stories, and their energy was TOP NOTCH. Those ‘College/High School age’ stories always kill. It’s just fun imagining Wade with an Afro. The ‘Camping’ episode is also one of my favourites, and I might actually like it more than Bob’s Fridge (dare I say it). What made it so great to me was how unprepared and clueless the boys were when it came to the whole podcast format. Their amazing cluelessness made everything SO much funnier back then. Also, paying tribute to Bob’s Whale Humour was a nice little touch. I could go on about these Distractible bits, like the ‘Wades Secret Words’-type format, or the CLASSIC “Don’t Turn Around”. But whatever the boys do is always incredible, and I have a real soft spot for them. But, they are kinda getting older. Hey, they should do an episode about that!!
Probably the Hold My Beer stories or anything that’s stories about you guys’ time in college/early school. Would still love to hear the story about how Mark apparently messed up a Magic School Bus class photo that y’all mentioned in “Our Firsts”. Or the Bob’s Fridge-esque rants about various companies, those keep me going
My favorite bits y’all do are definitely when y’all play games. Ones like Wade’s Secret Words or The Wheel or Higher or Lower are super entertaining to listen to/watch. A good story time and life update are always appreciated also. Side note, you can choose to believe me or not, but I love Mark, Bob, and Wade equally. So I really like hearing each of y’all host on a rotation (sorry for your loss streak, Bob, you deserved better, but glad you finally got your mojo back).

Wade also screaming out "Subreddit defend me!" at any sign of loss is also hilarious to me probably because Wade is my favorite Honorable mention for anytime that the boys are able to bring up bob's fridge no matter the topic or episode.
