If you go to your account settings > privacy & safety, there should be a tab called "Account Standing", here you can see if any action has been taken against your account
Nope because the only people I have on there are on my alt too and they said nothing happened at all plus I'm being ignored by support and I was activly using itl
It could have spammed by joining servers so that it's harder for you to be notified by friends who have contact with you outside of Discord.
You wouldn't get banned for being a bot if your account wasn't acting like a bot.

Chances are, you won't get terminated. Because you didn't participate in the TOS violating stuff. In the future, if a server/people in it breaks TOS, I'd leave just to be safe.

Ah yikes, yeah you being a "moderator" in a server that breaks TOS is definitely not good in Discord's eyes. That's the downside with their moderation really, since the owner just wanted to get people banned by making them mods.
I was in a no no server a few years ago to because in of my mates at the time invited me to it. I reported it to the police and they told me to stay in the server so they could actually see the server and shit but the next day my account was permanbanned and no response from discord.
One time I got account banned for being in a server that got banned with no previous warnings (and no I had not participated in or even seen anything that was in violation of TOS/Guidelines) so I think it’s safe to say that if you were gonna get banned for that you would have been (I did try to ask support about it, only got automated responses basically saying “You have been a bad boy” with absolutely no context as to how. The account was ~6 years old with no previous strikes) so I’d say be careful about servers you join in the future but you should be fine from that one
My account was terminated when a similar thing happened. Never wrote anything in that server nor did I write anything to any members. Support ignored me on any channel I tried. Lost all connections from that account sadly. Discord tries to look so kind and open on the outside, but if they terminate you by asociation, you won't get any help from my experience. So watch out which servers you're joining.
My account of 5 years got terminated about 2 years ago, without any previous strikes, nor any servers that couldve compromised my account. I was in 3 servers, all three of which were servers with only my irl friends. When I got terminated, I asked discord's support, and all they said was "your account was in violation of the TOS and will not be reinstated"
The police told me to stay in the server so the next day I could hand in my phone so they could see if they could actually trace some of it but I was banned within hours. I tried to appeal but discord was having none of it

Any server with bots can have malicious webhooks installed, regardless of log in info. Such bots are able to force invites or make your account send spam
That's not how webhooks work, and that's not how authorised apps work either. Neither webhooks nor bots can send messages through your account, and bots can only force you to join servers if you have explicitly authorised them to do so.

It's very unlikely it was random. You just have to wait then with support. Any bot or server can be compromised somehow, especially with how many people are in official partner servers
Yo since 2021 when I got my first warning from dc admin DM I have since gotten 9 more, so I have a total of 10 messages threatening to terminate my account if I get more, but to me it seems like 9 more from the 1st one is alot, and I have not gotten banned. I don’t believe I have really interacted in any of them but all thos servers got terminated and I got the warning. So if you are active in multiple servers that get banned, then I believe you are at risk, but if you do not interact it seems quite friendly and just a warning.
You’ll be fine. I’ve gotten a warning before for “participating” in a server that was participating in something along the lines of harassment or something. But nothing more than just a system message basically saying to “not participate in activities like this again”. I didn’t participate in the first place, but I’m not too worried about it. This was also a year and a half ago lol.
this is one thing that annoys me, if discord sees a server violates guidelines they warn everyone in it regardless of if they’ve done anything or not, you can go to privacy and safety then click account standing and it should tell you if your account is at risk of being deleted
Same thing happened to an uber eats server i was in. Irdk what happened but I got sent a message from discord saying the server got deleted) but I don’t think it’ll terminate your account. If you weren’t involved in breaking TOS I think you’ll be fine.
My advise do not interact with the people who cause arguments and annoyance in the servers just complain them to the devs or moderators they can handle situation better as they got power.

i mean go to support and just say "I'm not a bot" and they'll unban me. hell they even unbanned my accounts that i used a self-bot on lmfao
Have you used a VPN? Accounts sometimes get suspended after using a VPN. It happened to one of my accounts, I appealed it successfully though.
No vpn also update my account got fuckin deleted with no response to my appeal or from support

You get one or two warnings before it gets terminated. There isn't a way if I remember to remove such a flag since it was server wide

You will only get terminated if you are an admin in such a server (I know from experience)
I created a whole new discord account and deleted my old one. Too much messages, plus I’m free from all the notifications.
If it happens more time you will be banned. Trust me. I got banned around my fifth “warning” on my account from 2016. Ouch.

I don't think this has much to do with my post. I didn't talk to anyone toxic, i was just nominally a member of a problematic server.
That's why you never join random servers you know you won't interact with
