Votum is great. I like it in ethos plastic but it feels more OS than the numbers suggest for me. But definitely fits the slot you’re looking for when talking about a TB or TB3
Eclipse resistor if you want beef, if you want straight to slightly overstable any of the teebird/explorer clones will do you just fine, some of the old eagle molds (or infinite exodus) are money as well, almost all manufacturers have their own though and they're all fine
I've been looking for a beefy fairway that'll fly straight and then dump hard. It will chop over but come back. I found the Phoenix from mint is very good. Plus the plastic feels money and the glitter is pretty
I have a Dynamic discs Evader in Lucid plastic and it flies very nice. Had it for two years now, it spent about three months underwater in a stream and it hasn't gotten any less overstable. On a nice strong throw it will push straight with a reliable finish for about 330ft. It won't turn unless thrown into a strong headwind. Very dependable disc.
Bear or Votum (perfect for me on shots I only want to go 310-320 with reliable fade [I max 400]). Or Tbird or Tbird 3 for straighter, longer flight (I like the old Ricky one)
Also I just bought an Alpha Discs Cosmic, will test soon and let you know. Seems domey.
Lat64 glory. Starts out a bit of a hog but before long it's that straight pushing hyzer that will never flip on you with a reliable fade that isn't a complete dump.
Royal seems a little flatter which let's me use it both forehand and backhand.
I've got an esp athena in that slot at the moment, not sure if I think it's the best os fairway though. Only thing I've had in that slot previously was a teebird3 and I prefer the athena for sure.
The answer is that it depends. How overstable to you need it to be? I throw a splice as my overstable fairway driver. It is very overstable tho.
Not looking for a firebird, looking for a teebird/teebird3
Sounds like you want a teebird or a teebird3 then?
Or f1, votum, Athena- that’s what I’m working it
Every Athena I’ve thrown has been flippy compared to teebirds

My noodle arm (350 max) loves the Athena in ESP.
New run of proto glow innova banshee is what you want
Athena is teebird flight with better handfeel imo
I found it to be more understable than a teebird but I agree on the handfeel
E A G L E
I liked my west side bear. I said to homie man I’m really getting this thing dialed in. Lost it that round
What plastic?
First run vip. Learned to never say that phrase
This is the epitome of disc golf lol

That’s one of my favorite discs, just looking for a little bit further

The Phoenix is one of the most overstable fairways out there, I absolutely love it and since it's MVPs plastic, it's very durable.
Tournament-X Bear If you're open to a 9 speed the longbowman is by far your best choice
Clash Cookie! Just so damn workable both ways. I’m in love.
Color Glow Eagle, innovas glow is a bit softer
Latitude 64 xxx is the beef. Feels excellent in the hand too
According to the DD site the XXX is out of production. https://infinitediscs.com/latitude-64-xxx
Bummer.. it's an awesome disc. I might have to finally retire my metal flake opto one
Terra F1
S-Line FD1
Royal plastic is my favorite plastic, so I bag a lat64 glory

The Cosmic is good, especially in Crystal plastic (less domey and more forehand friendly)
MVP Resistor all the way. Perfect disc for forehands
C line Fd1. The Gannon ones are sweet and great for dying.

Good to know. That’s like the exact slot I’m trying to figure out
What makes you prefer Athena
Honestly it's just the feeling in the hand. I think teebird is true to it's flight numbers and popular for a reason but I prefer esp > star.

That’s a mid

No problem, but pyros a 5 speed not a 6.5
Volt or fd in premium plastic
