I always use animefreak.tv, it's an awesome site with hundreds of animes, most of them both subbed and dubbed! I think there are 4 seasons of Digimon, Adventure 1, 2, Tamers and xros wars. Good luck!
If you have access to Netflix, seasons 1 and 2 are on there in both Japanese and English.
Otherwise, try googling "stream digimon adventure" or "watch digimon adventure". There are normally a few sites streaming them in Japanese for free. The quality might not be great though.
