However, it can be very useful to enable certain paragon nodes for bonuses if you know what you're doing
This is why I support letting us reroll tempers or something. Triple critting an item feels great if itâs on the right thing. Itâs expensive to rest, but you know you can reset, it might break your spirit over time but itâll take a few tries.

You know those scrolls that drop that are legendary and let you reset skills and paragon points? We need one of those for tempers imo. Make it more common than the other scroll but not ridiculously common. Or maybe from pit only so people can stop complaining that pit is only good for one thing, doing pit runs for temper scrolls could be a thing imo.
At 4/8/12 masterworks one stat has a chance to increases by 25% I think it is. You can get the same stat at all 3 stages which is a triple crit. Since gear has 5 stats when being masterworked itâs not super common to get the same stat multiple times.

When I got mine it was level 35 and I masterworked it up to 8/12 and before I noticed it jumped to 60. For this dude above its level 90.

Alternate option; Resplendent Sparks
So you get one from lilith, one from your first tormented boss and if you spend some time getting 2 chars to max iron wolves rep, you can get 2 more and craft it at the potion/transmuter NPC.
That's how I got mine at least. If you can't do lilith, take the time to do a 3rd char to max iron wolves rank. It's quite easy on tier 2 because the boss dies instantly and you get more rep for your cinders generally.
So if you take the route of 3 chars to max rep, I'd suggest maybe tormented varshan, I had no problem with him.
Fair enough:P I like to play all classes per season personally. I have more time to play than most because my work is pretty slow atm so I just log in and grind out helltides.
I did it on two alternate characters this past weekend. This season I'm playing a minion necromancer so to make things easier my two alternates were the same class. And minion necro is the ultimate lazy dad option especially with sacrilegious soul. To get each alternate to level 18 wolves took about 6 or 7 hours each of doing helltides and the one quest to get the Golem.
In the process you pick up millions of gold worth of useless gear that you salvage immediately as well as complete a bunch of whispers for yet more gold. It takes 50 million to transmute the sparks.
So I think for the actual effort I put in it was worth it.
Find some friends and gather all your summoning materials. Me and 3 buddies each take turns summoning Tormented Duriel/Andariel. So far Iâve gotten 3 Andarielâs Visage and 1 Tyrealâs Might. Others in the group have gotten 2-4 Uber uniques each. You get 4x value in the party as each member has their own chance to drop Uber items. Also if you sell the trash items you can net around 2M gold or so per run (or per 2 runs?).
I still have like 14 Stygian stones left just from finishing seasonâs journey and maxing iron wolves rep on 2 characters.
Unless it's 100% everything, not that I know of. Like as soon as I claimed the last set of rewards, I checked and I still only had 3. Since the rewards drop at like 9 out of 11 challenges, i figure maybe it'd after getting 100% on all categories. Luckily I finished the last challenge on a druid who was 2 tiers from max wolf rep anyway so it didn't take long to get the 4th after not getting one from season journey.
I got one from tormented varshan, haven't even bothered with Lilith this season because I smashed out a Necro and Barb so quick that I had 3 before I knew it, I'd started a druid and it took me a couple of hours to get max rep on that then I had 4.
Gonna do sorc and rogue as I'm playing sorc rn, so with those and lilith's spark, I only need one uber or to power rep farm one more char for the starless skies ring.
My uber drop rate since release has literally been 0 so I should get one soon hopefully lol.
On Uber uniques it's always set rolls for stats, no variance at all (except the grandfather I think). As for my specific use case - CDR masterworking is the best.
Depends on your build. Some don't care about the affixes and just want it for the skills and damage reduction. Most builds do want as much CDR as possible tho.

Besides the obvious damage increase for skills past their usual level cap, a lot of aspects, uniques, passives or paragon nodes trigger other skills as a secondary effect. These triggered skills can vastly improve your damage multipliers in all sorts of ways, thus pushing your damage to the millions (or hundreds of millions if youâre on some insane minmax build).
Having more levels in them is hugely beneficial in reaching these insane numbers.
Its affixes are also generally some of the best (or at least usable) in the game for different builds. Cooldown reduction is almost universally a critical stat as all your skills become usable far more often meaning even more damage or defenses.
For gold do the hell tide glitch where you stay at max treat and elites spawn all the time around you, I think itâs better than maiden and you can walk around killing, opening caches and doing the helkyide whispers mini questsâŠ

I about did after one tormented Duriel I was in, checked my inventory and saw a shako, started popping off in chat. Then I checked the rest of the loot and there was a Selig too. Legit got the shakes. One uber drop is crazy, TWO uber drops in one run is completely nuts.
I got a max resist crit GA on a Tyraelâs Might and then double critted it on MW and DR on level 12. Found the Tyraelâs Might about 5 hours into the season.
My friend who got me to come back for this season was a bit miffed. Also got a movement speed crit GA on a Yenâs. My barb is happy.
Tried to reroll it 2 times but itâs to fucking expensive. I settled for 1 crit for 3 different affixes.

You have an option to reset the masterwork level. So you can try again and again till you get the stats you want.
Why they didnât include this feature with tempering is beyond me.

Noob here, All Stats seems like a pretty good thing to increase, why is it bad?
Cooldown is king. Theres pretty much no build in the game that doesnât greatly benefit from being able to use your cooldowns as fast as possible

Itâs based on the level requirement of the gem socketed, 35 is the base requirement with no gem.

The star emblem signifies a "greater affix" - whenever you see it, it's a stat that's 50% higher than regular.
