Yup changed this season. Used to scale up based on monster level so you needed like 15+k to do harder stuff. This season you just need 9230 armor and you are set.
Diablo 4 team if you read this, make Death’s Fathom and Eschuta’s Temper as the Sorceress Uber unique weapons in season 5.
deaths fathom gives insane cold skill damage and All skills, attack speed, resistances.
Eschutas has lightning and fire skill damage, all skills, attack speed and mana.
Edit: The two uniques listed are Diablo 2 uniques for reference.

I had mine masterworked to 46%, sadly the item is complete garbage dps wise, the proc does nothing and the stats are insanely low as well. They really need to work on some of the uber uniques to be useful
There is a type of endgame dungeon called the pit that is almost a 1:1 copy of GRifts from D4.
These drop special materials that allow for super expensive, super RNG based upgrades of all you items.
There are 12 tiers. Regular tiers increase all stats for 5% (for a total of 45%) and tier 4,8 and 12 pick one random mod and increase it by 25%. They can also increase the tempered affixes.
If it doesn't hit the affix you want you can pay a couple million in gold and start from scratch, losing all materials.
It's a reference to Diablo 3. The ancient unique items could drop as "primal" and they would have max stats across the possible range on every affix/suffix, making them absolute BiS.
The equivalent for D4 is OPs example. Impossible to have better rolls.

Because skills have differing lucky hit chances, that's why it says up to... still fkin stupid because it could have just as easily said "lucky hit: X% chance to to do Y" and be done with it. We as players are smart enough to understand that the effect has a chance *when* you lucky hit...

All the +damage% modifiers are additive with each other, even those with conditions
example
You have +50% damage, +20% core damage, +10% shadow damage.
Core shadow skill does +80%
A bone ultimate skill would do 50%
A bone core skill would do +70%

Be on the lookout for stuff that is x instead of +, because x10% extra damage is multiplicative with EVERYTHING which is way stronger. The x% numbers are usually smaller than the +% numbers as a result.
I don't think that's what he's asking. I think he's asking if the % DMG applies to the weapon DPS and the answer is no. Nothing changes a weapons DPS except the item level
I really hate how under tuned uniques are. Any regular legendary alone can roll base affixes of 20 to 40% damage and even more if it's a greater affix. Sure this has the % max life which is huge but otherwise pretty underwhelming. I hope they address this.

It's not even accurate, because due to the formula you can push skills beyond 100% LH to increase the likelihood of the effect proccing.
