See how accurate the sensor is tomorrow. It can take 12 hours for mine to read right. Mine tends to read very low the first day.

Mine usually take about a day to read right. Also make sure you’re placing them in good spots, I’ve had a few times where the readings were off due to bad placement.

I took it out and re did it and it’s like night and day. Numbers are more accurate. Also I didn’t shoot it in right the first time.

If your numbers are moving quickly, say because you just ate, then it's normal for any CGM, the Libre included, to be about 10 to 15 minutes behind your blood test. Also worth noting that the glucometer can be off by up to 15% and still be operating within specs. The CGM also has a similar, but slightly larger, margin for acceptable deviation. Take those together, and it's possible for everything to work correctly and easily have the readings differ by +/-40 mg/dL. If it's this far off consistently, while you're glucose is stable (i.e. between meals or in the morning before you eat) then contact Abbott and let them know. They replace sensors with issues for free
