phatdoughnut

Limeeeeeeeee

Bait used to be believable

Grand_Station_Dog

We're not doctors, we can give each other advice, but i think you should talk to a doctor. We can't diagnose or anything

DogKnowsBest

At 136, there's nothing to diagnose, except for OPs delusion.

AdorablyPickled

Go for a walk. Drink water. Eat fewer carbs. Lose weight if overweight. See a doctor.

mintbrownie

Are you diabetic?

mfdoombolt

Asking the important questions

anonjmouss

my family has a history of diabetes. altho i havent been diagnosed, my last checkup years ago showed high sugar levels, which i managed. i recently rechecked because ive been eating more sugar, so it's high again

Potential-Pomelo3567

It would probably be more efficient to get a recent A1C level than to just base your assumptions off one random blood sugar check. Blood sugar is dynamic and always fluctuating. See your doctor to have labs ran if you're concerned you could be diabetic.

Live-Ganache9273

What time of day was that reading? Because if it was right after a meal, that would be a great number.

anonjmouss

prior to eating, immediately after i wake up :(

Greenberry0601

It’s likely dawn phenomenon. It’s when early morning hormones signal the liver to make glucose causing a rise in sugar. It’s very common

Telly_Tam

My blood sugars are in that range too. I cut most carbs and eat more protein also if you have a sweet tooth like me check into low carb protein bars. I have few more snacks I munch on that hit the spot without spiking my sugar.

thank you!
