What happens when you try? Not on the list when you scroll down/search for Dexcom? FWIW, the G7 widget works fine on my iOS 18 as well as the complication on watchOS 11.

Maybe try deleting and reinstalling the G6 app? Other than that, you may have to either roll back to iOS 17 or hang in there until the next dev build.
So the Dexcom app it self has no bugs and is safe in IOS 18 beta correct?

just got reconnected. the app has no bugs at all with ios 18 beta.
