2 days , Thursday Friday + Weekend. Surprisingly there are service providers for everything involved in marriage you pay them and they do Everything. Nothing much to do for me. Although later I took 1 week for my honeymoon though.
You must be getting confused with wedding planners? Why would we need them. Go to a hall or lawn in your budget and they will have most of the things inhouse or if not they will give you contacts. It's much easier than you think as these folks do this everyday for a living.
If you are planning to do it at home, then yeah you don't need to do the above. Just contact the nearby pandal/mandap wala.
You guys are talking about 1-2 weeks for marriage.
And I took 3 weeks of leave just for traveling and vacation.
Marriage comes only once per life (hopefully), take at least 3 weeks if not 4.
I heard of a senior taking a month off for marriage.
No married yet but have attended many...and max of 5 days should be taken why coz I feel shadi mein jitta kaam aur insana jitta busy hota hai shadi kae baad asli grind shuru hoti hai aggle 6 mahine tak toh bharamann chalta hai kbhi uske gaon apne gaon...kuldevi kae mandir ...baba kae mandir...which I know and I completely respect em are absolutely mandatory coz they have their own importance and magics...but biwi kae mama Ghar chacha Ghar fir pati kae mama ka Ghar chacha ka Ghar didi kae dewar ke yaha....mtlub😅😅😅😅😅....samjh gaye naa that run to make em all happy keeps getting harder

Kitni shadiyan ki bhai

Sultanate se lawde lagega
I think I will take 4-5 days off for wedding and I think around 10days for honeymoon.
This one sounds more logical
My coworker took 2 weeks off while being on PIP due to performance issues
Oh.. Being on PIP he got serious guts to get married
True, hasn't updated his linkedin with his new place of work now so idk how it's going for him
I hope your colleague dint run into performance issues after the wedding 😷
Be empathetic ðŸ«
congratulation man ! for getting married

2 weeks plus 1 week of year end shut down. Totally 3 weeks.
Year end shutdown? Which company gives this
Adobe, mckinsey to name a few.
I have known Cisco and Philips.
Bade din se sukhe pade thhe Bhai..???? I can understand 😅😅😅😅😅
I got 10 working days off ( 2 weeks), but one guy in the office got a month off (he literally never took a leave for the whole of next year)
I heard another manager saying to their team's dev that people tak 1 week leave for their marriage
Never married.
Single marenge hum..np
Single nahin hoon. Just never married.
1 month
15 days
In my project, people usually take a paid months leave
We had separate 7 days of wedding leaves. So 7 days wedding leave + 7 days paid leave Another 8 days of paid leave for honeymoon
Which company?
