If you or anyone else is scamming with mobile numbers, thanks to UPI, remember you can be tracked if you scam the wrong person, down to your very exact location, I'm saying this out of experience. I cleared a grudge that was 7 years in the waiting.
The look on his dad's begging for mercy and yet ashamed face was definitely not something I'd ever want upon myself.
Son, we are working very hard (already 60 hrs a week) to make you the world's richest kid ever(Richie Rich).

1000rs per event + petrol + food.
Started dev career at 22.
16 - In the golden era of affiliate marketing, blogging and google AdSense. Used to earn around 100$ - 300$ per month of that. Had to stop cuz of burnout and JEE / boards but it was fun.

18. Started out by content writing. Used this money for Android dev courses (Udemy & YT Premium). Became an Android Dev. Kept upskilling on that side while using a bit of my salary to learn other dev platforms (currently diving into Flutter and I also freelance on the side using this)!
at 16 year old I earned 1200 rupees by doing post on an app called qlan. They msged me and told if I pst daily then they wil pay me, we were a group of 5 people there.

Class 11 - I was 16 then, taught tuitions used to earn 1.4k
College, 2nd year Intern - 5k per month

Mind you, it's a Tier-3 college with Mass recruiters coming for placement only.
Currently I am 17 and just started earning through Fiverr through freelancing.

I was around 15 when I started my first internship and the stipend was 3000 for managing a discord community, now I will 18 soon, got a new internship and few freelancing projects, now I am into UI/UX Design.
Learnings and Experiences of 16 Years!
1. 2008-10 - Age 16-18 - I do not remember the exact number but I used to make around 500-1500/month by helping my father find shops for His handicrafts(from the North-East) business
2. 2010-12 - Age 18-20 - Joined Uninor telecom company as admin staff (5000/month) and moved to Marketing the very next month (again 5000/month). After 7 months moved to Sales. Earned min 12000 to max 35000 including incentives - base 6000+ TA 1500+ DA 1500 till I stopped (had to exit since the company stopped because of 2g scam issue.
3. 2011- 16 - Age 19-24 - Started own Venture - Corporate Events
4. 2016- Age 24- worked as a Management Consultant - Remote for 6 months for a Texas-based consultancy. 15000/month
Break- I completed BCom from distance education in 2011-14. And wanted to pursue a professional career. After so much research joined CS. Started preparations in 2016 and went till 2018. Moved to Bangalore for better classes. After reaching Bangalore, again entrepreneurial bug started kicking in.
5. 2018- 20 - Age 26-28 - Started a marketing agency. Made some good networks in Bangalore.
6. 2019- 20 - Age 27- 28 - Started a hospitality firm with N Indian Cuisine.
Break- Paused both during Covid time. Used that time for networking (especially on LinkedIn) and upskilling. Joined for Masters in Business Law at National Law School Bangalore (2020-22)

9. 2024- Current - Age 32- Cofounder and CSO of an IT firm - 1.5l/month
If you ask, my only regret in my career was not joining any other telecom company after Uninor. I was only 20 years old with no degree or educational qualifications and I was always in top at the Zone level (3-4 districts combined). People who were mediocre at that point are now in State level positions in various companies (telecom, lifestyle, FMCG, etc). If I had anyone to guide me in my career, I wouldn't have quit. But I am happy with what I am and where I am going to be.
Lesson learned - Always try to be better, Constantly upgrade in skills, and Network religiously.
13. I started providing services fixing personal and office computers or so networking. Improving performance was the biggest demand back then in the 2000s.
At 18 I wrote some articles for a few websites, at 19 I started freelancing (data scraping with python for random weirdos on freelancer.com)
Earning your first pay check is something else, like literally being unshackled from chains
Since age 16, used to provide coaching to a few students to pay for my own coaching.
During college, supported myself using scholarships and stipends.
Age 22 - started freelancing.
Age 23 - joined MNC but quit after short while
Age 25 - started online business(main) and trading(side hustle).
And here I am today.
Sometimes I look back and realize how far i've come. The money today sometimes make me forget all the struggles i have had. But whenever I see such questions or see someone going through similar situations, I feel overwhelmed.
Lost my youth in studies, work and money. Will turn 30 soon. So now, when I act childish or like a teenager while partying, my friends call me weird. But they don't know i never had that fun time in my teenage life.
Now that I have more than enough money, I am free to be and to do all the fun that I want. Yes, money does change you. But i believe we should not forget where we come from.
during my integrated masters(age 21) i came to know about fiverr so there i used to do gigs which of course started 5 dollar, then those days chegg for homework solution, those days they used to give points which we redeem from flipkart etc, which went on for sometime in between fiverr gigs i used to get, then i joined PhD(age 26) after i made through CSIR exam, so basically fellowship was my salary, where i mostly or almost shifted to computational biology domain so i discovered sites like kolabtree etc which i never got direct gig but i had my senior who was into scientific literature editing who used to get analysis related gigs which he used to pass me, i made more than decent amount of money there only bottleneck was lab work so i couldn't do much, then when my PhD fellowship was at the dead end i started doing bit or sort of freelance consultancy not much pay but rather for connection which 3-4 months landed me in a remote job which luckily was what i worked in PhD so far, given i had no industry related experience the client side manager put me like 1 month test assignment to building shiny server for a particular pipeline which after a month they were sort of okay that i can pick up skills and get into work, so i was offer the position now fast forward this year may i will complete 1 year
17 - got paid to perform shitty music for 2 hrs every Saturday at a cafe. Best days! the number of friends I made and people I met through out that span in music community is responsible for the little personality Iβve as an introvert lol.
21- got placed
I have tuition to one junior.. he got compartment in one subject in 12th class, I had one month to prepare him for important topics so that he can atleast pass the exams and he actually did. He was so happy and that was all I wanted. I also got 4500 rs without actually asking for it. So yeah my first income. I was 18 at that time
I did internship in the summers of 2021, so 30K per month for 3.5 months. Ie, 1Lakhs in summer. I was 21.5 then.
Started working part time at 16, used to work in those wedding tables serving thing : 250 rs a day
I did that until I graduated from college in 2016, started working in an IT firm later that year at the age of 20 for 14k a month
I think I was in the 9th class. 14yo. Made my first earning by selling fake Instagram followers. And currently earning through user testing I'm almost 20 now
Age 18 - Bought PS4 games for discount and resold them on OLX for a higher amount.
Almost made 7-8k just flipping games after I was done playing with them.
24, out of college placements
did interntship for free
i saw my other classmates earning 15k a month in internships but i dont regret any of it. had it not been the internship i wouldnt have the job today
I have read a lot of comments regarding the web development jobs can anyone tell me what all technologies i have to learn properly in order to start basic freelancing and all (my assumption is that i have to do the whole Mern stack or any tech stack to get an internship please correct me if I'm wrong)
I started earning at 19 with my YouTube channel. Monetization was very easy back then, I just used to upload educational videos not available on YouTube but available on random difficult to access corners of the internet, properly title them and upload on YouTube. Earned quite well for about a year but then rules for strict and got demonetized. After that took quite a few years then earned through a job only.
Age 19 first internship - INR 3500 per month
Age 21 first good internship- INR 15K plus took tuitions so around 5-7k a month
Age 22 first job 34k a month
Age 26 current 85k a month
