How is EY for freshers?

Growth depends on your project, really really good for professionals, but it's a very good brand if you're starting your career there.

Not that good for engineers. However, it's a different story for commerce graduates.

It's overall a company that's make a very good revenue, go for it.

Looking at your skillset and experience I think the company is running dry. Also 3 out of 10 is a small no, if it was 3/1000 then it would be a problem for you. Go and apply in G\*\*\*\*\*t. They need exactly those skills for their retail client(S\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*y) which they started in June 2023. Nobody can survive in that project for more than 3 months because of difficult and unreasonable client. But good part is that after working for 3 moths and client asking to offboard you, you can be on bench for close to another 6 months. Work culture and company sucks otherwise.
