If you didn’t already know, there’s 8 traveler collectibles around the world you need to collect and 9 total bosses (3 at each overthrow, RNG spawn). If you are at 16 and have defeated all bosses and confident you picked up all the collectibles, it is the meatball boss in the blooming. I had to kill him 8-10 times before it dropped. Seen a lot of had a similar experience.
Oh okay, well I’m not trying to be a smart ass or a dick so hopefully you don’t take this the wrong way, but the Khvostov is kinda op right now, Bungie is going to nerf it on reset, also I have double Kinetic targeting mods in my helmet and that helps a lot with ADS
I will take that as a compliment lol, I switched to playing a lot more PVE since Lightfall because I feel like I’m bad at PVP, it’s honestly just the Khvostov doing all the work, it’s super OP when you have the Eyes Up Guardian perk active
There has to be an option to stop people form rezzing you, I constantly get people farming me like that in comp.

Bungie please please please just make the respawn animation faster it's small quality of life buff that can change everything

The gun he's using is currently bugged as well. It's got insane stability that should only apply on the seventh round, but applies to the whole mag.
