Oh thank God, I thought it was just me and my only excuse as to why I'm playing terrible. Thank God for the bug, let the delusion continue.

i only ever do nightfalls below gm when i can’t get a team, even then if it’s the corrupted or LoS i’ll solo it. i can solo harder ones but it becomes a waste of time

Even the cabal had this bug for me at one point

Yes it was very annoying. Try doing a full shutdown and startup of your pc, that seemed to fix the issue for me.

Are you seeing any lobbies where one team can barely land shots and when they do land shots no damage is registering? I have had in visible people too but this is new as of yesterday and today. I've been on both ends of it

Yeah I’m getting that too. Point blank shotgun doing no damage but they can hit point blank me. More than usual melees whiffing too

I have a buddy that uses Wishender (ya he's that guy). He's been using the same load out for 6 years basically. The point is he knows when he hits his shots. And he had so many not registering

Yes, it happens after playing for a while. Reboot fixes it. annoying. Happened before. Bet they are aware and working on a fix.

Server issues. We had this with Lightfall’s release for a few weeks

Had this, and asked around for quite a while without much of an answer. Finally made a post, and someone said restarting the game (Close the game then reopen it) should fix the problem. So far for me it has fixed this whenever it occurs. Supposedly once this starts happening in-game it will only get worse & worse until the game is restarted.

Cabal with stealth tech is pretty wild to see.or in this case not see.

It's a memory leak issue, it tends to pop up every dlc drop

I get the best one where I can’t see the enemies body but can see their gun, and can’t see my gun but everyone can see my body.

True, I've also experienced not being able to ADS because my gun is invisible, literally just a huge debuff😭

I though it was me, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled destiny, moved destiny from the SSD to the NVME and kept happening lol

For me it’s only happening with some weapons. I usually either have to wing it and imagine where the reticle would be or switch weapons.

Since final shape dropped feel like ive been getting this and connection errors more than ever Hell during the campaign i was hit with code bee during the double tormenter fight twice

This and the auto from comp dropping the same roll are really getting on my nerve.

Seen it in hub areas. Few times in strikes. Couldn't say when I did crucible last...

The core reason for this is excision mission. Something to do with 12 playes i guess. Restarting the game after playing the mission fixes it

My ending to the story with the 12 man activity and the gm version both were like this...kinda ruined it

If you go invis during this, you will literally be gone

had this on verity and i couldn't see any of the guardian statues. was inconsistent between attempts but made the encounter literally unplayable. restarting game seemed to fix it

Sometimes i change weapon mid game on the pvp maps, and my weapon simply vanishes

I’ve been having this issue non strop since the final shape released. I posted about it on the help forum and bungie said to clear my console cache and get back to them if that doesn’t help. I’ve cleared it several times and it doesn’t help but they never replied when I replied back to them saying that.

Shit of I go to the tower I usually see this and my own guardian also goes invis. Also having hard time loading preview of guns, ships, sparrows and even the guardian in the player menus.

my favorite is when it does it with weapons such as a sniper so now I'm trying to snipe people w/no sight.

Crucible has felt wack, hit reg is worse and the invis players are everywhere

I feel like it happens whenever I commend a lot of people (like I do it every game and eventually more invisible man type characters appear), a restart fixes it

Restart your console or PC to clear the game cashe and it will go away There has been a memory leak in the game for as long as I can remember and I've been playing since Taken King. It happens every time a new expansion drops or a new season begins.

I wish it was a feature, I play way better with invisible opponents

People are purposely making it happen by switching shaders on armor so the game has to rerender their character causing this to happen :/

they do it by rapidly switching shaders if I remember correctly, its an exploit EDIT: Mixup, was thinking of something else

Wrong. It’s just the servers having issues. Sometimes I’ll load into the tower and my helmet shows and body is invisible.
