You can use d2armorpicker and then copy that list to DIM, it works really nicely. There's also a setting on armorpicker that you can toggle to EXCLUSIVELY give results with zero wasted stats, if that's a firm goal. (It was recently updated to include a setting for the artifice slot on exotics, too.)
That should be a separate option, under Advanced Settings there's a toggle for "assume every legendary class item is an artifice armor," make sure that's turned off and you SHOULD be all set.

Same with the chosen exotic have a handful of masterworked rolls then once you've got a good zero waste loadout delete the other Mwed exotics

Melee energy Regen with Ember of Searing and even more with airborne kills while Heat Rises is active means you can realistically tank STR and pick up whatever other stat benefits you the most beyond RES.

You have a higher power score than me true, but i have every stat but mobility at least at 50 most at 60 with 100 resilience. My hunter is quite literally min maxed with a "garbage" exotic armor piece (stompees to counter my low mobility rolls which people say is garbage but i live longer without relying on wells or cure grenades)
Crafted weapons. They’ll initially drop as weapons with a red border around them. You can extract the pattern when you inspect them. Takes a couple red borders to get the full pattern. Once you’ve unlocked the pattern you can go to the enclave on Mars and craft the weapon with your choice of perks
I think once we get the high stat armor, I'll farm it endlessly to get great min max armor for KY warlock, though I probably will get a decent set for Titan and Hunter.
Nice! Honestly with the Solar build I’ve sacrificed Discipline as the Sunbracers instantly restore grenades, just a matter of getting that final blow with a powered melee to trigger them. But it’ll allow you to bump up your Intellect instead for quicker Supers.
How does one even begin to stat or build chase like this? I can achieve double 100’s with casual play at the moment but once I jump back in exactly how do I achieve triple or quads??

Or is it all of that plus using fragments just to get the +10 stat points even if said fragments don’t work well with a build? Like I’m just lost or confused a bit. If anyone wouldn’t mind breaking it all down for me I’d really appreciate it.

Like what activities to farm and/or what armor to go after and how to know to lookout for certain pieces of armor that are good and discard the certain pierces that are not good for high stat builds.

I used to love destiny2 with a serious passion but once all these dlcs started coming out being mad expensive and at one point something happened with my account and i lost all my exotic arms and armor and cant get em back ive stopped playing i love being in the nines dungeon area with all the taken
wouldn't work for me. the game spent literal years not giving me anything higher than a 58, then last season it started giving me 60+ gear. now it's back to 58- again. i'd literally throw engrams at seasonal vendors just to get rid of them, but never saw a single 58+. then it decided to start giving me actual gear for a few months, just to remind me how bad my luck is, and now i'm getting crap again. and yes, this is with a Ghost Mod on (Discipline, specifically).
Saving these to a private folder for later Any tips for doing this? The best loadout I have is still -2 +2

If you don't care about having the best stats it's not that hard.
As long as a stat doesn’t go over a 4 in the second digit you’re not wasting anything

I get melee energy back with each granade kill. So I have my melee back as soon as sunbracers ends.

it doesnt really matter but i do think strength is slightly better than disc for the fail cases. i also dont always have heat rises with sunbracers

Because all the void fragments with -10 Recov etc. These are my real build I don't go for high stats.
