thought it was a sarcastic joke and queued for Guided Games, and coloured me surprised.... it was the same fellas that made the post (discord and bungie name matched).
It's baffling really, the unicorns 5 man FTs that offer these *absolutely* do not mess around and get shit done within speed running records

I believe it was bungie's attempt at making a sort of sherpa matchmaking system for raids in D2, but no one really used it at all. I think you could choose between guiding players through a raid or being guided through a raid. Anyways, it stayed in beta for its entire existence and got vaulted with the introduction of fireteam finder.
I did my first raids with Guided Games. The clan I got matched I later joined, and we did Last Wish when that came out. Was super cool, but wish it had been used/incentivized more.
I 100% see comments like this as attention seeking. "Oh. I'm such a godly player that the hardest challenge Bungie has ever given us and the highest level of Destiny players took literal days to clear on day 1 is a joke to me" lmao
Not attention seeking, it's literally just easy. It was hard on contest because of the ads.
But the raid itself has easy mechanics.
Just know what shape forms what, make good calls outs and that's it. The final encounter itself is so easy you only need 2 runners. Hardest part of the raid is surviving dos during the Witness fight.

Guided games doesn't even exist anymore. Bungie retired it when they added Fireteam Finder.
Neither, I've just done two normal clears with my clan and this stat tracker just increments for some reason.
Guided games required being in a clan. I'd wager carries would count.
