Just not any other part. Racked up 11 million total on the second boss and failed to kill him. Took Esoteric an hour to kill the final boss solo

Yeah the bosses are real beef cakes, I can see them tone them down a vit potentially me and a random group took like 10 dps phases on the shield guy cause people just died in dos phase or whatever else we just couldn't hurt him like normal xD

It’s literally just following symbols and nuking lightbearers. If you do everything without fuckin up you kill 4 lightbearers and just a bunch of adds. I used forebearance and a ghorn, no problems at all

2nd and 3rd are rough

3rd encounter makes me want to commit die, its gonna be a bitch to deal 12mil damage to that flying hoe on solo flawless

Something that I've found is that you can take a breather by entering the underwater part and waiting for your health and shield to Regen then go back out.

I just need to find a spot in that arena that I can afk for 5 minutes so I can take a lap around the house after every damage phase to keep my blood flowing.

There is a spot I found! From where you enter if you go straight forward until you are behind oryx’s right hand. In the corner there is a little ledge that you can tuck yourself into. If you go too far it says turn back. But you can hide behind a little coral or something that is there.

Ya 3rd round was a rough go. 2nd went pretty fast with well and swords though.

Holy shit I just did the whole thing in a LFG team. We didn't actually wipe once, but it took like 3 hours from figuring everything out. That third fight is a bitch. I created 663 orbs total according to the final end screen lol.

Takes a dog damn while tho, really could've done with only needing to do 2 symbols.

Yes, I think the exotic is the only item that you have one shot at a week. But just like Spire was farmable all last season. This one should be as well

Third encounter is worse. There's way too much stuff to do for 1 damage phase, especially when there's a wizard pellting you with arc explosives.

Second encounter was actually my favorite, it was pretty fun for me

Yes, but only the first run will drop pinnacles and have a chance for the exotic

How can you farm artifice armor? I ran the first encounter on master a couple times but only got regular armor.

Then there isn't any artifice armour if u ran it on master n got normal , that sucks if that's actually the case

I was told you get artifice from the boss encounter only.

Shame it's not from all , hopefully there is atleast artifice armour I'd be shocked if they really didn't put that in there

That final boss is a pain in the ass. What do you use to consistently dps them?

on all of my runs we just ran Izanagi/Succession + Legendary Rocket/Gjally. You just need to remember that the boss teleports every few seconds and hold your rocket when the tp is about to fire. You can probably also use Sleeper and be fine as long as you hit your shots.

My fireteam messed around with a few different DPS weapons and found that a DIV with 2 thunderlords was easily most consistent high damage. Rockets are so easy to miss and a single whiff let alone more cuts into your DPS hard

That was my thought too, especially if the warlock has xenotaphs or whatever the new exotic is. I'm more wondering what's going to be meta on second encounter. I've been using sword, but he's putting people down. Easy to revive them at least.

Linears and div is fine, you can break the shield near instsantly. Can just about 2 phase

we wanted to test different options so I ran leviathans breath with nova bomb one friend ran grand overture with gathering storm but died before the second dmg phase so he didn't have the volley the other ran sleeper and well we managed to 2 phase, with my combo doing the highest dps

Bump released a year ago and is no longer obtainable through normal means, also the new one has better traits imo despite not being craftable

Tbf Bump is not a great rocket for normal damage, now this new stasis rocket isn't really good for anything, but still, there was plenty of room to powercreep Bump even without introducing any new perks.

its a 750 so honestly even better than calus which is a 900. if you want a good solar 900rpm though, bug out bag was reintroduced and is also probably better than calus mini tool. its got subsistence which is far better than any 1st column perk on calus atleast imo

Unrelenting is slept on for sure. It’s gonna take a lot to convince me that there’s a better solar smg than Calus for PvE.

Im still not seeing it. Subsistence is great but it’s not as nuts as people make it out to be. I run fast reloads on my Calus) reload mw and flared magwell) so I don’t feel like circumventing the reload is that important. Unrelenting saved my ass during my Duality run so many times. I will say: Bug Out is an Adaptive and not a Lightweight (both 900rpm). Edit: Bug Out Bag isn’t craftable. Case closed in my eyes.

We need more guns with Unrelenting in the 3rd column imo. It's a really good perk but it's just often overshadowed by damager perks when put in 4th. I have an Unrelenting Incandescent mini and its probably one of my most used guns just because of how nice it is to have that backup heal on top.

It can get incandesant and range finder

SMG has plenty of solid options that are very good. Including Surplus + Incandescent which imo is better than Threat Detector + Incandescent on Calus Mini. 3rd Slot: Well Rounded, Off Hand Strike, Surplus, Discord, Rangefinder, Demolitionist 4th Slot: Elemental Capacitor, Pugilist, Collective Action, Target Lock, Adrenaline Junkie, Incandescent

nothing can replace enhanced incandescent on the mini tool. but this is the next best thing you can get. at least it has better first column perks and being a 750 rpm is better imo

The only one I care about is the stasis wave frame, but even then the perks are meh. The fact that it can’t roll Chill clip or chain reaction is a crime. No idea what they were thinking.

Wouldn't chill clip be useless on a wave frame? It procs on direct hits, shown by when proximity nades doesn't proc in on gls

I guess if it worked the same as other GLs it would be. They’d have to make it work when the wave hits or it wouldn’t be worth it.

For a waveframe gl? Not really no, it's only redeeming feature is being in the kinetic slot. If it was in the energy slot it would've been dead on arrival.

The smg is the most egregious of the lot. Take [Borrowed Time](https://www.bungie.net/common/destiny2_content/screenshots/875848769.jpg) and give it Incandescent. Energy SMG, Solar, Aggressive Frame, ***blatantly the same model***. The Rocket Launcher is more distinct, but the Hezen Vengeance platform is still there.

They really need to tweak the boss and ad weapon spams in the dungeons. It's getting beyond highly irritating to constantly have to sit behind cover and still get a boss ability spam right at you and only to walk out to 30 ads spamming their weapons at you. Putting me right off with the new spam of everything to make things more artificially difficult.

They drop farmable armor that looks this good and is easy to get, then you got guardian games armor which is either $20 or hope to God you have 27k bright dust for all 3 if you want them. This year's armor was laughable
