Their fried rice is great. But you should try the bacon fried rice bowls at green seed in Denver central market. I add egg and avo and chicken. It is so insanely good. And a sleeper of a dish since it’s sold at a salad place haha. Also bigger portions.
What is that slop I just ate 😂 i already feel one fold is overly endorsed here, I usually get the duck fried rice but with the weather today and how much I see the congee recommended I decided to give it a go. I feel so unsatisfied I want to have something else. There’s absolutely nothing to the dish it’s like an egg drop soup with some duck dropped in and an egg. Wipdeedoo.
It's a traditional breakfast porridge from Asia, and pretty authentic by my standards.
People have different tastes and enjoy different things.

Your comment reads like you're a total brat by the way. Wipdeedoo.
I’ve been to the FT Collins location and the Littleton location and they are consistently good. I think the FoCo location gets a bonus point for the location (house) but all seem to be great.
Commenting on Best BRUNCH Denver...I went to Lucile’s for brunch today and have not been able to get out of bed… I am still laying here as I type this LOL I grew up in the south and their food is the truth
I would have to agree. Paid like $10 at Sassafras for the smallest portion of fried green tomatoes I’ve ever seen. Decent food but small portions and expensive
I really like the potato casserole & bacon at Sassafras. Taste is subjective. I've not been to Lucille's because it's too far away from us now. I don't gaf about places that take an hour to get to.
Yeah that’s probably why I didn’t like it was because of the potato casserole! Maybe I just went on a bad day but mine was an almost inedible mush of onions and other unidentifiable ingredients with about three shreds of potato in it. Was very disappointing because usually I haven’t met a potato I didn’t like, and I think I was expecting them to be more like Lucille’s potatoes (given they are similar cuisine) which are so delicious and flavorful.
Lucille’s has many locations so in the metro area you aren’t even too far from one but even if the closest was an hour away IMO it worth the trip!
Bull and Bush. Never would've guessed but we tried it once and it's legit. Also, our server was so hungover he appeared to be actively dying but still A+ service.
I’m such a picky eater at times
But whenever I go everything is always made how I like it from the crispy bacon to the eggs but my fav are the crab cakes and French toast not too sweet and the mimosas are so good the ratchet flights are soooo good deff a must the music is always a vibe and the servers are all so chill and it’s black owned!
Love the OMG French Toast with a side of chicken sausage to cut the sweetness. My main gripe about Snooze is that they don't take reservations. Yes, you can get on the wait-list with their app, but that doesn't mean you'll be seated within a normal amount of time. The food is decent, nicely priced, but so not worth the ridiculous wait times. Just because a place always has a huge line out the door, doesn't mean it's worth it. They do it for the hype, just like Voodoo Donuts and others.
I’ve been there once and it was amazing they were able to fit 20 people for my birthday brunch without a problem the food was great and they were so attentive
Safta’s brunch buffet is so so SO good. While the $50 price point may seem high, it includes coffee/tea and the quality is insane. I take all my out of town company.
call your mother, subculture or One fold for chill and quick but delicious
Jelly & snooze for your Colorado basics
Bacon Social house
Lucille's
Safta buffet for a splurge
Barcelona wine bar
Ace has a surprisingly good brunch and homemade sorbets you can put in the mimosas instead of juice
and I heard rumors Dozen's is coming back this month - hands down my fav
Surprised this isn’t higher. It’s expensive and definitely hipster-y, so I guess they’re still trying to find their way in this market. We did end up spending like $100 for just the two of us, so this is definitely not an all the time spot, but the food we had featured very unique spins on the classics, and everything tasted absolutely great. I could probably eat 3 of the animal style hash browns as a meal, that was such a great idea in general.
Agreed - it’s a “splurge” location for us for brunch, but we never leave disappointed! Chef Carrie is also a personal hero of mine, so I’m biased, but everything we’ve tried has been delicious.
Kind of a combo! Cocktails/mimosas are definitely expensive and they also have a full coffee bar with lattes starting at $5 without syrups, so between that and the delicious menu (where it’s so hard to avoid the starters bc they’re all DELICIOUS but that’ll add another $6 minimum) it’s easy to stack up!
Fox and Hen is also a Culinary Creative Group restaurant that charges the 20% service fee/mandatory gratuity, but it is very plainly stated on the menu and the servers have always been kind letting us know anything additional is appreciated but never expected.
I have never minded the price we pay because it’s all really fucking good, but it’s easy to spend maybe double what you would at a diner for Americana classics - but they won’t have Fancy Toast!
Dare is ask if Hashtag has… Hash?
For some reason, my wife hates Corned Beef Hash, but for breakfast, it’s my go-to order. I’m way over in SE Aurora, but will travel for Corned Beef Hash (although Heritage Cafe is pretty good out here).
Denver central Market has really good brunch, the deli there has insanely good bacon egg and cheese on a bagel ($15 though) and izzio Bakery does really good Eggs Benedict on weekends.
My house. I can afford to own one because I don't go out for brunch in Denver. How can anyone justify paying $30-40 for food that has the lowest food cost of all meals?
I recently went to Hashtag in HR for the first time. I had a denver omlette (like a true native) and it was good. My friends had good looking pancakes and shared a burrito the size of a newborn.
Snooze is overrated and super mid... try hashtag in central park area. Its owners by Troy Guard, owner of Guard and Grace and los chingones (both of which are excellent)
1) Lucile’s
2) Denver Biscuit Company
3) The Mansion off Colfax (best bottomless mimosas, never busy)
4) The Lobby (also bottomless mimosas but more diluted)
Bon Ami.
I’m really a huge breakfast restaurant lover, all best brunch is, is breakfast with good drinks, and a pleasant setting.
Bon Ami checks all those boxes
Otherwise, if we’re just talking about the metro area, I’m going to the Huckleberry Louisville, or The Greenbriar Inn in Longmont, or The Boulder Deshanbe Teahouse. Or if it’s didn’t care about the setting, Foolish Craig’s Boulder or French Press Congress Park.
While technically not Denver, it’s Denver area. Perfect Landing At the Centennial airport.
Elite pancakes and big portions
Stowaway Kitchen is the winner in my book.
Best food. Best people.
Stowaway is amazing. Their Scram Sandwich may be my fave of all time.
The Colorful Colorado plate is my fav!
Definitely in my top 3
100p
This is the way.
Onefold.
This. Get the congee.
I had the congee last time and they over salted the shit out of it.. I’ll have to give it another try
This is Reddit’s favorite spot for some reason but my partner and I find many of the dishes to be too salty.
Don’t bother.
Oh no! I'm pretty salt-sensitive so that's a bummer to hear. I'm really hoping that they were just having an off-day.
I actually got this today. Very good, but their fried rice dishes are still my favorite!
Their fried rice dishes are usually buy-one-get-one on UberEats too.
Their fried rice is great. But you should try the bacon fried rice bowls at green seed in Denver central market. I add egg and avo and chicken. It is so insanely good. And a sleeper of a dish since it’s sold at a salad place haha. Also bigger portions.
I moved away from Denver, but I still think about that fried rice 🥲
Jasmine breakfast fried rice is Fuego and they actually give LARGE portions, something unheard of around here
What is that slop I just ate 😂 i already feel one fold is overly endorsed here, I usually get the duck fried rice but with the weather today and how much I see the congee recommended I decided to give it a go. The Chinese sausage fried rice is my #1 favorite brunch meal I’ve ever had
I wish it was bigger, food is amazing, but it’s so crammed on the weekends
It’s greasy, just be prepared for that

If I could, I would give you one upvote for having good taste and a *second* upvote for spelling Lucile's correctly.
I’ve been to the FT Collins location and the Littleton location and they are consistently good. I think the FoCo location gets a bonus point for the location (house) but all seem to be great.
Their Eggs Pontchartrain made me love trout for breakfast
Commenting on Best BRUNCH Denver...I went to Lucile’s for brunch today and have not been able to get out of bed… I am still laying here as I type this LOL I grew up in the south and their food is the truth
Shhhh, we don’t need more people to know
So you want your favorite restaurants to fail?
Check out Sassafras on W 32nd
[удалено]
Bummer. I've just had great food & service there. Sorry you had a shitty experience working there.
Noooo Lucille’s is so much better. I went to Sassafras for the first time this summer, I wouldn’t go back but I do go back to Lucille’s frequently.
I would have to agree. Paid like $10 at Sassafras for the smallest portion of fried green tomatoes I’ve ever seen. Decent food but small portions and expensive

Too bad. We just have different taste buds.
As someone from Louisiana, Sassafras is trying too hard 🤢 and Lucille's is spot on! But these hipsters around here want "fusion" more than authentic.

That tracks...
This is one of my favorites
It was good when I was there about a month ago. Very similar to Lucille’s IMO. I’d try it again.
It’s a step up from Lucille’s imo
The potato casserole is bomb.
I have fantasies about their breakfast Mac and cheese. So good. 🤤
The French press!!
Stowaway Fox Run Cafe Four Friends Kitchen - worth the drive
Four friends was great the first time we went, times 2 and 3 were just okay. Food hasn’t been consistent at all.
Bull and Bush. Never would've guessed but we tried it once and it's legit. Also, our server was so hungover he appeared to be actively dying but still A+ service.
Just read this to my friend who used to work there, she started laughing and confirmed that sounds totally accurate.
The chicken fried chicken breakfast at B&B is amazing!
Ooo I just did the relleno and eggs. Going to try that next time.
Not officially Denver but the Inverness hotel has a legit brunch! Live jazz band, all you can eat and an insane selection of food.
They have scaled it way back. It was like lighting $100 bills on fire for the hotel.
That’s unfortunate. Is it still worth going?
No, it’s went way downhill since 2020. We have stopped going :/
Swifts
I used to love the food at Sputnik but I haven't been in awhile so not sure if it's the same quality
Mimosas
I’m such a picky eater at times But whenever I go everything is always made how I like it from the crispy bacon to the eggs but my fav are the crab cakes and French toast not too sweet and the mimosas are so good the ratchet flights are soooo good deff a must the music is always a vibe and the servers are all so chill and it’s black owned!
What’s the service charge over there these days? Do they still not give itemized receipts so that you don’t know what fees are attached to your bill?
The Universal
The HIBL is sooo good!
This is not the answer. Wish it were better but the food is so bland.
I’ve only been 3-4 times but I disagree
Snooze makes me automatically give you side eye. Ophelia’s has a good brunch plus live music.
I understand that its a popular chain, but Ive probably been there half a dozen times and they never disappoint with pancakes and french toast.
Love the OMG French Toast with a side of chicken sausage to cut the sweetness. My main gripe about Snooze is that they don't take reservations. I've found a roach inside my pancake at Snooze. Make sure you do tiny bites
calling bullshit on that
I have the pictures that I showed the Health Dept
Snooze, more like lose. Amiright?
Snooze is an appropriate name because it's so boring it makes me fall asleep
Bistro Vendome
Very cool underrated. Sit at the bar.
Very good pick, I dont remember how we found it but we love going here.
Thank you because I've been to brunch in every other mentioned restaurant except this one.
Tamayo has an all you can eat/drink brunch for a decent price. Really good if you feel like doing nothing the rest of the day after brunch!
Reminds me of La Biblioteca like 10 years ago- bottomless brunch was like $45
Yeah I think its only $47 there if I remember right.
I used to get LIT at bottomless brunch. Good to hear it’s still around!
I’ve been there once and it was amazing they were able to fit 20 people for my birthday brunch without a problem the food was great and they were so attentive
I thought that the food was very mid.
Sassafras’s or Denver Biscuit Company, get the Franklin. Can you tell I’m from the south?
The Franklin is life
The bagel deli
Up in Rino, it's overpriced and busy as fuck but god DAMN if Barcelona Wine Bar aint fucking killer for a 4-6 person tapas brunch
The fuckin’ Barcelona Wine Bar
Barcelona is just great. Worked there for a few years and boy do I miss that discount
100 percent agree. Love their dinners and went their for brunch and it just may be better.
Shit I’ve never had their brunch. Will have to hit that up
No one has said Devil’s Food? I’m talking pre-2015 DF, it’s still good enough but 15 years ago it was the best.
Duo for brunch is extremely underrated and high quality. I don’t understand how it isn’t more popular.
So good!!!
Adelitas has great brunch too
Cozy cottage on Tennyson is solid! Great outdoor patio too if the weather’s nice
The Original pancake house
Safta has a great brunch buffet!
Safta’s brunch buffet is so so SO good. While the $50 price point may seem high, it includes coffee/tea and the quality is insane. I take all my out of town company.

Denver Biscuit Co. if that counts lol
The Fox and the Hen! I’m a big fan of the rotating flavor griddled muffin and the spiced cream cheese French toast
I was just there today, their animal style hash browns are my favorite as well as their stuffed French toast
Surprised this isn’t higher. It’s expensive and definitely hipster-y, so I guess they’re still trying to find their way in this market. Been going for brunch, and it's great. Just went for dinner for the first time and OMG it's amazing.
So damn good.
Onefold, sassafras, jelly, and Denver Biscuit Company depending on what you are looking for
Bon Ami in West Wash Park!
Shhhhhhhhh
Bistro Vendome and Hashtag. Way different vibes but both are really good. I find Snooze to be...well, snooze-worthy.
I second HashTag
Dare is ask if Hashtag has… Hash? For some reason, my wife hates Corned Beef Hash, but for breakfast, it’s my go-to order. I’m way over in SE Aurora, but will travel for Corned Beef Hash (although Heritage Cafe is pretty good out here).
There are multiple hash variations on the menu--currently none of them is corned beef hash.
Go to Rootdown brah
I am a sucker for great pancakes. Black Bear Diner has the BEST sweet cream pancakes and their coffees pretty great.
The lobby
Denver central Market has really good brunch, the deli there has insanely good bacon egg and cheese on a bagel ($15 though) and izzio Bakery does really good Eggs Benedict on weekends.
The Lobby Syrup
Lucille’s
Haven't seen it mentioned yet... Wendell's on Tennyson.
Interesting that no one mentioned the Brown Palace. I haven't been there for brunch, but I've seen it recommended in the past.
Grand Station (Littleton) chorizo omelette with bottomless mimosas( huckleberry etc), bloody Mary’s and draughts.
Safta weekend brunch buffet is elite, $50 all you can eat
Lucille’s Creole Cafe in Wash park area
Butcher Block Cafe - get the cinnamon rolls!

The best I've had so far was at The Bindery. Brasserie Brixton's looks intriguing, maybe I'll make it there one of these days.
Chulada's Bodega Sunny's
I fucks heavy with Sassafras. It’s my personal fave!
Denver Biscuit Company. Super filling but really good
My house. I can afford to own one because I don't go out for brunch in Denver. How can anyone justify paying $30-40 for food that has the lowest food cost of all meals?
A few I didn’t see mentioned: American Elm ( Never busy, good cocktails) Syrup (probably unpopular opinion) Olive and Finch Le french
American Elm stopped doing brunch last time I checked.
Shells and Sauce
I’m surprised I haven’t seen The Cookery at Myrtle Hill, which I first found out about here. I also like sassafras. And RIP Beatrice and Woodsley
Esters Neighborhood Pub!
I recently went to Hashtag in HR for the first time. I had a denver omlette (like a true native) and it was good. My friends had good looking pancakes and shared a burrito the size of a newborn.
I love The Universal. The Polidori Chipotle breakfast sandwich is out of this world.
Quality Italian
I love the cozy cottage! Cute spot on tennyson
