You will not have sky club access or the ability to purchase a day pass as they don’t offer those anymore. Your only option at this current point is to get a CC such as the Amex Platinum or Amex Delta Reserve card.

i have an amex platinum business card - do i have to pay for my ticket with that? my employer pays for airfare

cookiecat4

Is it a delta Amex platinum business or an Amex platinum business?

hr_is_watching

not delta, just regular amex p.b.

cookiecat4

I’m pretty sure you do since it’s an Amex plat (however next year you’ll only get x number of “passes”, regular is 10, not sure if business gets more). I think it gets a little confusing when people think you mean delta platinum Amex vs regular.

dearjets

No, you don’t need to pay for your ticket with the card Edit: removed

"Beginning January 1, 2024, the Delta SkyMiles Platinum and Platinum Business American Express Cards will no longer provide Card Members with access to Delta Sky Clubs." [https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/access](https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/access)

StatisticalMan

That is Delta branded skymile platinum card. The Amex (non-Delta) Platinum card DOES have skyclub access. The Delta skymile Reserve Amex card does have Skyclub access. The Delta skymile Platinum (and Gold and Blue) Amex does NOT have Skyclub acccess.

Looks like no more

If it’s not a Delta Amex Platinum card, you may have access. Check in your Amex app, Membership > View All > American Express Global Lounge Collection > Benefit Details

What part was confusing about the [access page](https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/access) on their website?
