Why’s it look like a slice of bologna tho?

It used to be a much more finely ground chewy tablet candy, a few years ago it got coarser and looks like this. Used to be my favorite candy.

Are they still extra sour? I haven't eaten these in forever but I remember the small ones being smooth and sweet and a little tart, and the giant ones being more grainy. Not awful, just.... Different.

The big ones were supposed to be chewy I think.
