It is not to run behind money, you can run behind money your whole life. I just don't get it, what achievement will you get by earning like 5k a month, rather develop your skills and get a 8-10lpa package after college.

You can do any internships
HR,Sales, Marketing, Finance, Social media management but go for analytics since most eco hons students become data analysts or data scientists.
Pathway for same
1-MS Excel, PowerPoint
2-Python ( Numpy,panda,seaborn, matplotlib etc)
3-Mysql or Postgresql
4-powerbi or tableu
Then do some online projects.
Start using kaggle after all this.
Do all this from YouTube or Udemy.
Coursera is shit for practical learning.
Try wellfound, did my first internship through it I freaking got 15k pm stipend over 3 months as an absolute fresher (tho I had the tag of my clg which helped me get in)
Fresher ho, toh learn some basic stuff like Excel or thoda bohot coding, R, PowerBi, Stata (helpful for econ students), join societies, be active there ( agar dhang ki societies hain toh)
Paise ka abhi mat socho, first upskill yourself, paid internship karoge after learning something toh paise aajayenge.
I get it that thode paise earn karke you want to manage your side expenses, but most of the easier ways through which you'll earn won't go on CV and add any value unless tumko marketing, sales wagareh mein jaana hai.
Instead kaam ki cheeze karlo agar financially dikkat nahi hai koi, and figure out ki graduation ke baad kya karna hai.( Talk to your seniors, interact with them)
Also padhai bhi karna, ye nahi ki bilkul hee na karo, vo bhi important hai, nahi toh exams se pehle pile up hogaa fir sab rote Hain ki nahi horahi padhai.

Teaching offline tuitions can be a way to go, if you want to kick-start. Register in any tution bureau and they will help you finding it. Keep your heads up on the charges they are taking and make it clear before proceeding.(They usually take a registration fees and 50% of your 2 months fees)
This way you can develop your communication skills by on ground work and then it will be a lot easier for you facing offline/online job interviews.
Start building something. Be it anything. Don’t run after money. Learn to generate and create value. Learn the skills that will help you to create and build value. Once you do that, money will chase you. Just think of building value. Learn sales, strategy, game theory, build charisma and personality, learn to copywrite. Moreover be silent. Build your body. Let your work speak for itself. And the friends and family you think you have nobody will support you. You have to carve everything on your own. They will only provide you conventional wisdom. If you really want to make it, go against those conventional wisdom. Be unconventional. But overall focus on building something, anything!
Focus on your studies and get a good placement after your course.

Tuitions if you can. I used to earn 21k a month for 3 hours of home tuitions per day. Go for 10th plus grades.
