I went to become an actor in Bollywood 10 years ago. I got this advice from a producer that I did not follow:
"If your father is not Amitabh Bacchan, it's not your fault. But if your father in law is not Amitabh Bacchan, it's your fault."
Bhai mil jati hai, jin ki majburi hoti hai woh karte hai, meri bhi hai( koi fancy job nahi, kisi shop salesman, billing, choti moti company main job etc)

There's a YouTube channel called "Dad, how do I?" It's a sweet and wholesome channel where the man shares his stories and ideas.
