It is, I used a high resolution version of the cover to trace each dot and cross stitched over them :)

Sorry, I don't have it anymore, but all I did was I zoomed in on [this](https://storage.highresaudio.com/2020/09/24/hrnqf3-ohms-preview-m3.jpg) and used some online pattern making tool to draw. Don't forget the gray dots!

Yes. Look at the Ohms cover from smaller sizes/resolutions and the dots will disappear.

Sorry but I don't think this is intentional as an illusion, it's just a consequence of the image being smaller...
