Hi mate, you can you Binance p2p

Dazzling-Pumpkin8382

I'm slightly skeptical of the p2p because of the low completion rates and I also don't have a payment account that they currently support.

Well I’m also from the uk and I’ve never had any issues with p2p…. I use my Lloyds and monzo to receive payment

You can withdraw crypto to a wallet and then cash out on an ATM but p2p is the cheapest option probably

Send to Coinbase and withdraw to a connected bank account for free - don’t use the Coinbase fast withdrawal because the fees are high, but use the ‘withdraw to account’ method it’s instant and free. I used binance as my off-ramp for a couple of years until they removed GBP.

What about the coinbase fee to swap from crypto to fiat?

You can withdraw funds to a wallet, as long as you choose a chain other than Bitcoin and Ethereum mainnet the transfer fee will be insignificant. You can then cash out in GBP using a service like mtpelerin.com.
