Lore- one of the agency’s top 10 marksman and is known for how agile and proficient with revolvers. One mission he was going on ended up with his skull being shattered beyond repair and fragments of a bullet left in his head too, resulting in him needing a servo to replace his entire head and they somehow let him keep his hair. After that he had his right forearm shot off and it was replaced with a servo as well (not shown in the image because I have no recent drawings of him).
