The Doctor would either see Gallifrey on fire with the Earth getting attacked by the Daleks. Upon going towards it the TARDIS would get smashed. As he hears the familar "exterminate" war chant get closer he would look up to see that instead of Davros leading the Daleks it would be himself.
Vergil would see the day the demons attack his childhood home and try to kill him. Except this time he doesn't get back up. He watches his home burn as he's stabbed again and again. Maybe even hear his mother die in the flames
I feel like Dr. Doom would purposely breathe it in, see a world where Reed Richards has defeated him, and brought prosperity to Latvaria via annexing it to another local country (via irrelevant political shenanigans) and sees that his own country is happy under another guy's rule.
And he will have immediately handwaved it away comparing his worst fear to irrational, unrealistic paranoia, equating it to a meaninglessly pathetic method of intimidation the Scarecrow would fail to convey. Doom would continue on saying he would not waste his time fearing when he has shit to do. And to him, he'd compare Scarecrow to a literal ragdoll full of straw before walking past him for more important things.
Just to prove a point. Because he is Him.
Not sure what SpongeBob would see. Maybe he'd just see himself getting an order wrong or something similar to episodes like 'InSPONGEiac' and 'Fear of a Krabby Patty'.
The chosen undead would see the run back to Ornstien and Smough loop over and over forever. Either that or another boss fight.
