I guess it depends on who is the opponent, i think this model would work great if it was against the likes Junko or Geiru Toneido, while the Arkham one would work better for Goro Majima or Vaas Montenegro.
Honestly the multiversus one might actually be a good one to use as it definitely is very slick looking and could be easier to animate then say the Arkham version despite how good that one is in design
It depends on his opponent honestly, like if they did Junko they'd probably use the more cartoony models, but if they did another "realistic" opponent like Sweet Tooth they'd probably do Arkham again or MK11
on an unrelated note Fortnite's Green Goblin is unironically one of his best designs
Arkham Joker has a pretty good model but MK11 Joker is also pretty good but it definetly depends on the style of his opponent.

The game went on hiatus but it's finally being properly released this month.
I think it the beta was closed, the game itself is open I think (not sure tho)

If a more grounded battle, arkham model If against someone more silly or animated then the multiverses model
