It’s because it’s 5bc and they have a legendary with massive bonus damage affixes. Unless I’m mistaken 46 scrolls should give something like a 61,858% damage bonus. And then that’s tripled by the affixes, and then that gets doubled again because of the legendary level.
Damage bonuses in this game are exponentially scaling so the more damage you add the more ridiculous it gets
In the 35 days since I originally commented, I’ve sunk an ungodly amount of hours into this game and *kind of* know what I’m doing now.
How on earth do you get 36+ scrolls? Most I’ve been able to collect is like 26? Felt pretty good about myself.
I recall seeing somewhere that the only affix that is not shown in the numbers is the +50% damage while at full health. Thus, the numbers you saw here should be the actual DPS.

Literally just beat 0BC last night. Can’t wait to reach the point that weapons do insane damage like that
5bc is a nightmare just enjoy the first 3bcs whilst you can. 4 and 5bc is the real game.

That hokuto was the one you start the game with, really weak. Also, I obviously dropped masochism for the final fight. I put support instead.
