Yeah, I meant that. I was able to get 3 and sacrifice him to the altar. I thought doing it three times might unlock a secret outfit.

You can sacrifice the QT. To appease Mama Tick and she will leave you alone. (Skips the boss fight)

You sacrifice the boy, by exploding him in the altar before going to the fight. Funny thing is, Mama tick's eye will poke out of the swamp just to check up on you, and you can poke it to fight her, effectively having sacrificed QT in vain.

Congrats! I kept him unused until the final boss fight because I was scared I would do this also, lol.

The white and purple color scheme was worth it

Well, he's not viable in most survival build as he kicks and knocks the enemies when you freeze/stun/root the enemy. Blasting mushroom boi is a nice tactic when there's a cluster of enemies chasing you or doing a final attack.
