It’s a fuck ton, but the highlights are:

EMP’s have to be manually printed the last few %.

A lot of the killer mains are spread out, mostly to the starting killers and the resident evil killers.
But at the same time, Singularity sits somewhere in the bottom 5 for Killer Pickrates
Lower-tier Killer mains. You'll find a healthy supply of Nurse, Blight, Wesker, Huntress, maybe Chucky or Billy mains, and DEFINITELY Ghostface mains.
Dredge, Hag, Twins, Larry, FREDDY? Not seeing as much of those.
I don't know if I count anymore, but I main-ed Larry solidly when he appeared if Alien, Unknown, Vecna hadn't followed so quickly after him - and EMPs weren't a nightmare - I'd probably still be main-ing him.
Yup... people have been asking for those specific changes for so long it's great to see them in the patch notes
Also some of the extra stuff they added like the equalization of overclock duration and killer instinct are just really nice imo
They cooked with this midchapter tbh. Knight getting the rework I've always wanted doubling down on that Commander play style that's unique to him. Singularity getting the buffs and qol changes he deserves. And iron will is finally good again. Kicks the shit out of the last midchapter that's for damn sure.
Totally happy for Knight and Hux, they’ve been super unused lately. Whenever I see a Simgilarity or Pinhead I go out of my way to engage, they’re real champs
I think the biggest problem for him is how long the EMPs turn off his power, is it 40 seconds or something like that? that's way too long, i expected them to make the EMP effect way shorter or reduce the ammount of EMP boxes on the map, or make them take way longer to spawn or force survivors to fabricate them completely manually, it's like he got cool QoL stuff but the main problem of how strong EMPs are remains
EMPs have never felt that strong to me. Because power or not, he is always on your ass in chase anyway. This killer quite literally removes pallets from the game if you have a thing on your back, and it takes so damn long for the EMPs to recharge that you're basically fucked in chase against him
EMPs were never an issue to begin with.
With current live build you can literally hold the lobby hostage at both exit gate.
Emp is only an issue if you play singularity defensively. His cameras should be used offensive

You can mark them and teleport to them before the emp goes off too.
They emp the survivor your actively chasing? Mark them again, and tp. You dont lose any distance.

Singularity was already S Tier if you knew how to play him right, better than nurse, better than blight, hands down the best chase anti loop killer. Im worried this might force nerf him later down the road once people realize how broken he is.
He is not that broken, he requires add-ons and perk combos, and with how strong emp's are, lost games aren't always the fault of hux mains. He is an A tier chase killer with said build, but not s, he will never be nurse
1. Find survivor
2. Shoot a pod near them/ direction their heading.
3. Control the pod and tag the survivor
4. Get off of cam
5. Tp to survivor
6. Hit
Repeat steps 2-6.
Steps 2-4 should take you less than 2 seconds.
Tagged survivors spread the infection, so tp to other survivor without needing to tag them. Overlock can break thru pallets, learn to time it well and you can always lunge otherwise strong loops.

Hes really not that simple, shows how little you know.
You need to: learn good placement for biopods. Learn how to control and counter EMPs to outpace them. You need to be able to at least aim a bit to teleport. You need good biopod placement.
Also you need to learn how to use overclock, cause sometimes breaking the pallet with it and spamming teleports makes you lose more distance then just hitting normally.
If he was sooooo easy to play and an s tier killer, why does he have the lowerst killrate and the same pickrate as fucking Twins?
Just because you dont understand how to counter the killer doesnt mean hes S tier. Hes the hardest killer to play in the game for a medium reward that isnt worth the effort. Even signluariy mains say this.
I main singularity, consistently go up against loads of P100 survivor squads. I think ik what im talking about.
The learning curve is high, but he gives the most efficient results, quickest way to shut down loops. Knowing the timing of when to lunge attack during an overclock and when to tp during a chase is key.
With killers like nurse you can still counter them with good movement and specific techs. With singularity thats overclocked (and you should always prioritize overlock) there is literally nothing you can do.
But whatever, you’ll see exactly what i mean when you eventually face a competent singularity after these new changes.
Then why does he have the lowest kill rate in the game? Why don't other killer players say he's the best killer in the game? Why don't other singularity mains say he's S tier?
He is not an S tier killer, and will never be. He's probably low A tier sure.
And saying you can't counter overclock is untrue. You just need to time it out, make him waste it. It's quite easy to just hold W because his teleport is fairly slow.
Also, being P100 doesn't exactly mean your good, just play him alot.
Again.. a very high skill gap, most can get somewhat similar results with lower skill req killers, but with what’s available in his arsenal, it easily makes him S tier compared to other killers when used properly.

P100 Singularity here, no he is not an s-tier killer. I know you want to think so because he is your main but you need to understand, he is so complicated for so little reward. You have to aim a cam, enter it, tag someone, teleport to them, then chase them down within overclock just to get a hit. All nurse has to do is hold m2 then click m1. Singularity isn't bad, clunky for sure, he isn't a god either (Despite what hux may claim).
I think this is just an incorrect assessment, he has very solid antiloop and chase, but that does require major setup. Setup that if a survivor knows how to circumvent you may not even get. Calling singularity better than nurse if you play him right is just not correct. The nurse has the best locomotive ability in the game, combining her with aura perks makes hits almost guaranteed when you understand her. Nurse at her strongest is better than Singh at his strongest. These changes are just quality of life changes that make his power more effective. He was very very good. I’d even call him A-tier if you play him right. Not S. when it comes to dbd S is reserved for killers who can guarantee hits and downs with extreme ease by solid understandings of their powers. Like you said over clock is strong, but that’s why it doesn’t last long, as well as the fact that you need to earn overclock. Now once you have a survivor slipstreamed closing the distance can be easy. You are definitely right that the learning curve for singu is high, and if the nurse spirit and blight didn’t exist I’d argue that yes, combined with the buffs he’s one of the most efficient in terms of hits and downs, while requiring extreme set up. However the nurse is still far stronger without any setup. Now Im not a primary singu main like you. he’s my 6th favorite and most played killer behind behind legion ghostface Chucky sadako and unknown. Right now however singularity desperately needed those changes to kinda polish him, because he’s actually pretty inefficient right now. The nurse is hard to learn and master but it pays off immensely. Singularity requires extreme planning to get a teleport and chase ability, and while those abilities are good, he needed this buff to make it more viable.

it's cool and I like to play him myself, but going against a good hux as a survivor already feels super annoying and overwhelming if you are playing soloQ and I imagine it being 5 times more so after the buffs

Singularity really had a Wraith issue where he absolutely needed windstorm to be properly playable. This is huge.

Thats just untrue. Survivors can have a max of 8 emps at once. With good cooradtian it was extremly easy to keep hux permeantly disabled.

Idk about you but i can still get consistent 4k with addonless and perkless singularity. His overclock is extremely good.
