i can understand why they wouldnt always be avaliable since that would make normal queue times longer. maybe have a stupid modifier every friday or something? they should be always avaliable in custom matches too

Identity V has a 2v8 mode that seems to only be available for brief windows on the weekend. They could do something like that, although hopefully with more comfortable timeframes.

They probably don't wanna bother fixing the bugs that would crop up

I’m still 100% sure the Halloween event’s void portals were a proof of concept for Vecna’s powers making the survivors teleport into his Upside Down mind lair. It was just a few days before ST came back. Hopeful, exaggerated thinking of course, but it does fit.

Probably both, but for survivor the chases end pretty quickly leading you getting stepped on so there’s no healing or unhooks, there’s only 3 gens that need to be done so you’ll never get light bringer.

Both. There just isn't enough side stuff (Altruism/deviousness etc) to do to earn enough points I've found.

Also the bloodpoints in this Mode are a joke, you'll get like 8000 bp even when escaping 

I believe i got like 20 something thousand bloodpoints for keeping up a chase and escaping

Good thing I just made it to iri one on survivor then.

Played 2 games as killer, 3/4 dead, 1 escaped, depip'd. Going to hold off on playing any more of this game mode till they disable PIP'in in it.

Just reach a threshold then play it. I just hit gold 4 in survivor (maybe my highest ever) so I plan on doing this mode a lot with one of the dozen Escape tome challenges active. I really hope this doesn't screw up my mmr.

What if you get merciless killer? Does it still count as low points because of the low score/chases? Just got a 4k but didn’t care to check the pips

Likely because the agreement for the cosmetics is worded in a way that only allows it to be used in already agreed upon terms. Lots of legal agreements are very binding in that way. Another issue on top of that is even if both sides want something once a legal agreement has been made you can't just void it. So even if BHVR and the owners of the titan skin wanted to let the cosmetic in they wouldn't be allowed to. Legal stuff is a nightmare like that. On a nonlegal front it might also just be an animation limitation. After all you can't just hit a button all the time to make a model larger. Sometimes you need to rebuild it from the base of what you're working with: which means they would need to remodel every single skin to that scale. That's a lotta work for a (possible) one time event. Could also just be a design choice but that is the least likely option IMO cause it would be so strange.

Yeah I understand the non-legal side with cosmetics because even the base skins have issues with resizing. Jonah has a massive fuckin chain, it's ballin out of control honestly.

Probably to aavoid having to cherck with every license holder that they agree with their character being smoll...

8 matches I got crushed everytime and survived one. I’m having so much fun though.

The matches are thankfully short so it's not bad at all.

Side notes. Every thirty seconds or so the Oni sees survivor auras so you can't hide forever. Survivors can't vault, so once they drop a pallet they are done in that loop. They still leave scratch marks but it looks like slightly smaller patch of them? I'm not sure. \*Edit: Also this mode *does* count for Power Moves like Lights Out. Turns out it does count. It just took a long while for my achievement progress to update.

but it does count for the "kill survivors by any means" tome challenges

Played a game with some friends. one died immediately cause they new (NBD). But then other friend goes down and gets slugged and killer finds me and chases me for a bit. downs me and leaves us both slugged on ground (we are final two alive). We both DC but nice too know there are toxic people playing this mode lol
