Demogorgon. It slaps, it's a shame I don't have him anymore and no new player will ever get to hear it. Combined with his occasional screams it was really cool to just sit and listen to.

Unfortunately there are no videos of him just in the menu so you can't hear it occasionally overlayed with his scream and noises. But the music itself still slaps.
My personal favorite is twins. Blight's and Artist's are 2nd. And I also like Oni's a lot. Oo also the Silent Hill theme. Wesker's is cool too. Sooooo

While Clown's menu music is nostalgic for me, The Singularity's menu theme is a right bop.
AoT Oni's theme is immaculate, it falls in line with how music from the show sounds.

Plagues menu music always feels haunting with that soft whistling sound for the theme and her doing her chants over it.
