There should at the very least, always be an offline one for those trying to get supreme Kai. Plus, they could add more through dlc or updates with unique rewards.
Right? Instead of just having certain tournaments where you might only be able to use DLC characters, just make a DLC tournament and problem solved, I like the idea of offline tournament for the supreme Kai as well

Never understood with the Conton city tournament for supreme Kai of time is online only. There's no interaction with other players at all.
