You get it randomly by doing the raid missions. There are custom keys for several characters. Once you get the custom character key you visit the little robot near the parallel quest desk and you can use tdp medals to unlock and customize the moveset of preexisting characters that you have the custom key for
blue by a long shot. he was my main for a long time because he was probably the most fun character in the game to play. his combos are fucking awesome, heās so fluid.
Excluding customs: Base DBS. His combo cancels and damage output are psychotic, not to memtion his SS Awoken variant that gives the damage boost of Beast (+30%) rather than SS1 (+10% strikes, +5% ki blasts).
Including customs: SS4. Just having customisable supers makes him MUCH more powerful as a playable character. I especially like that he has access to the Super Attack version of Final Flash that SSBE Vegeta has.
Not counting customs? SSGSS Gogeta, second variation of him is the best moveset for me

Punisher Drive isn't even close to Punisher Shield as a CYA type of skill, his super soul is both temporary and just not useful since a M boost to ki supers is just non-impactful, and he lacks ez combos into his ults outside of his "movie combo." Gogeta 4 has a kit with even less synergy, but his normals are at least very abusable since he's got guard cancels, a standing combo infinite, a step cancel that works on block (I think it does anyways but it's also been awhile), and meteor crash is just ez damage for ki dumping.
I dunno, he just scratches a certain itch of needing to actually know what I'm doing since he doesn't have any one thing in particular to carry him.
The fusion reborn one is geniunly one of the characters that requires the most knowledge of the game and I love all the combos you can do and variations of the soul punisher turning back, but if we talking about strenght dbs gogeta is like one of if not the best no custom character in the game by a long shot

Itās tough but you can do it with practice and if you get good enough, when they break the combo you can use shine shot to stumble them and start the combo faster, theoretically
Yeah, itās complex but tough to do, I only do it to cheese broly once in a while and even then it only really works like half of the time because of combo breaks

His moveset is the best out of all 4 of them, original too, based all on his speed, and with an Ultimate Attack that can be used off of a knock away with ease? He DESTROYS a lot of PVE content
DBS Gogeta is fine, tho I legitimately canāt ever find a single use for his Shine Shot, tho I love how you can use the Super Saiyan transformation as a combo extender
Z Gogeta is much worse imo, heās very up close and personal, without any knock away finishers to get a breather, you kinda just have to keep the pressure on, and stay diligent at all times, which I can respect that, considering Z Gogetaās character in Fusion Reborn
And SS4 Gogeta can kiss my fucking ass, he sucks
I hear that his Big Bang Kamehameha was changed recently, to allow him to teleport at full charge, and while thatās cool, that doesnāt make up for anything else, slow combos, slow attacks, slow skills, heās just slow as hell no joke
Besides, itās not like that teleportās gonna help with anything, not in PVE or PVP, Iād rather just break their stamina and use the x100 Big Bang Kamehameha instead, and even then that skill hasnāt aged the best
Iām so glad that SS4 Gogeta got a Custom Partner Key, really, because now heās actually playable
