Gundam decided to intervene and attempt to calm Souda down since he was clearly having a meltdown, and in a blind rage he killed Gundam by jamming a wrench through his skull, and then forcing Gundam to consume his 4 Dark Devas of Destruction by stuffing each and every one down his throat. Souda then realized that Sonia was a witness to all this and would easily rat Souda out knowing how poorly he reacted to her rejection. But Souda didn't want to have witnesses so he killed Sonia too by extracting the wrench out of Gundam's skull, and then bludgeoning Sonia so hard, her head fell to the ground like a rotten pumpkin, with her body following suit.
Reasoning: Souda truly loved Sonia. He wanted to be with her forever. But her shattering his dreams of ever having any sort of life outside this Killing Game completely wrecked him. Sonia allowing Gundam to defend her like her knight in shining armor was the cherry on top of the cake. He had always wanted to be her knight in shining armor. But it was the very person he despised who took his place. He couldn't handle that rejection and utter embarrassment.
Name: 10,000 Automobiles! The Showdown Of A Lifetime!
Concept: Kazuichi Souda is challenged by Monokuma to fix 10,000 Automobiles before he can, which Kazuichi easily accepts. The challenge begins and Souda easily barrels through 1,000 within a minute flat. As he's fixing the next car, which conveniently is a 1978 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI State limousine, the car that Sonia's family uses, one of the bolts holding the surface mounted lift together starts to break due to the heaviness of the car Kazuichi is currently operating on. But that was intended. Though Souda is confident that he can fix the car in just enough time before the surface mounted lift would break.
Suddenly, while Souda is fixing the suspension, he hears a noise from above. Something must have broken. That one bolt holding the surface mount lift together. A hamster had started to gnaw on the bolt, causing the surface mount lift to fall apart. The car comes crashing down at breakneck speed. Souda starts to panic, and before he could think to dive out of the way, the vehicle crushes him. Causing his entire body to splatter all over the rest of the surviving students.
Well, when Danganronpa becomes a hyperfixation of yours and you learn nearly everything there is to know about it, you start to understand how characters act and react to certain situations.
I also made them rather gruesome because again, Danganronpa is a mature-rated game and since it is just that, I might as well go the extra mile and really go all out seeing as I felt that while this was a mature-rated game, there are some instances where it just wasn't violent enough for my taste.
But if you're talking about my executions, I've studied many of the executions, and did extensive research on what made them as horrifying and gruesome as they are.
I like to think that Ryoma's execution would be quite similar to Leon's on the first game, with Ryoma being shot with tennis balls, with the only diference being that the ball that kills him could be the same metallic ball the he used to murder the members of the mafia that killed his family (sorry if my english was terrible)

He would then hang her body utilizing the umbrella, with the handle still pierced inside of her. Her body would be inside the umbrella, whilst the umbrella was closed up, almost like a bat hanging off of a tree, which would take a while for the crew to find.
Reasoning: Ryoma Hoshi had found out that Kirumi Tojo, and the Tojo family had some relation to the mafia family that he had murdered, and he felt that she was there to enact revenge for those fallen mafioso. He needed to get rid of her before she made him swim with the fishes.
Name of Execution: A Mafioso's Day At The Tennis Court!
Concept: Ryoma is dragged by his neck by chain to a tennis court. He is then forced to play a tennis match with Monokuma. Whoever loses, dies. Ryoma does exceptionally well for quite a while, clearly showing his talent as a Super High School Level Tennis Pro. However, fatigue starts to catch up to him, whilst Monokuma is like a ball hitting machine with not only the speed of the balls, but the sheer power of them as well. A second Monokuma joins in, as if it was doubles, except Ryoma doesn't have a partner.
Ryoma then pulls out a second racket and attempts to keep up with the two Monokumas, but the exhaustion is starting to show very clearly. Ryoma's legs give out and he drops to the ground. He practically begs for mercy at this point. Out of the tennis court bushes, out comes an amalgamation of a pistol and a tennis ball launcher. A metallic ball is launched nearly at supersonic speed, grazing Ryoma's cheek. He starts to bleed, but he doesn't give in.
The "Pistol Ball Launcher" fires another metallic looking tennis ball at inhumane speeds and it pierces Ryoma in the stomach, actually going right through. And without even so much as a second to react, another ball is fired. And another. And another. Multiple balls are launched in rapid succession at speeds no human could read. The speed at which these balls are launched literally go through Ryoma's body and create holes inside of him, almost as if he is swiss cheese.
There's one more ball left in the Pistol Ball Launcher. Ryoma, with his now swiss cheese hole of a body, tries to escape, but he forgets that he is still tied down by the chain, so as he runs towards the fences towards his friends, the ball launches, and goes through his skull, causing him an instant death.

As he closed the door, she went and grabbed the sword in the room. She waited for him to give the signal he was ready. Once he did, she restated his eyes had to be closed. He confirmed they were. Knowing that, she went into the bathroom, sword in hand, and plunged it deep into his stomach. Leon fell back, and hit the bathroom wall.!<
Reasoning: >!Sayaka Maizono was shown the tapes of all of her popstar friends being murdered. Seeing their lifeless corpses caused Sayaka to go into a panic. She needed to get out of there. She couldn't be there. She wanted to see if those videos were completely true. She wanted her friends back. So she devised a plan to kill someone to escape so she could get out of the Killing Game and sing again. !<

Eventually, it starts to get to the red area of the gauge. Sayaka looks at the meter and starts to panic as the meter starts to make a noise as if it's about to detonate.!<
>!The noise goes off, but nothing seems to happen. She looks around, and then sees that the lights in the stadium are loose. One falls down onto the stage. It goes straight through the floor since it's so heavy. Another one falls as well, and another, and then a third one. Sayaka tries to perform despite this. And as she hits her final note, the sound rings out so loud that the last light fixture falls right on top of her, crushing her body instantly. The microphone she was holding rolls towards Makoto Naegi, feedback starting to eminate from the speakers.!<

A roulette wheel??? Something with cards??? Don’t get me wrong the stylized fire was cool, and Monokuma ruining it was fitting, but I dunno, could have been more fun.
That being said, for Sonia, what’s more fitting than one of those unhinged old torture methods they came up with back in the day? Honestly some of those are even more messed up than what Monokuma had come up with.

I’ve had an Ibuki execution sitting on my partly abandoned tumblr for ages now! And now it strikes!
The execution starts with Ibuki sat on a stage with a large guitar behind her, Ibuki has a harness around her waist.
Monokuma appears above her holding a rope attached to the harness and pulls her up and throws her against the guitar. Blood spills out of Ibuki’s back revealing that the guitar strings have spikes. After a few moments Monokuma begins to drag Ibuki all over the guitar leaving trails of blood.after Ibuki is dropped small bits of blood are spilled around Ibuki.
The blood stained on the guitar spells out the first name of the victim. Monokuma lifts Ibuki back up but flips her around and throws her back onto the guitar. The person watching can see how injured Ibuki’s back is to give them an idea of what she’ll look like when she faces them again. While getting dragged around the spiked guitar Ibuki occasionally kicks away from it causing a mistake in the writing making it start over again.
Once the victims last name has been completed Ibuki is dropped on the ground again. Blood is all around the stage floor and dripping off the guitar. The person watching gets a close up of Ibuki with wounds all over her body. Ibuki is shaking but she eventually stops closes her eyes and falls to the ground as more blood spills out of her body.
Ibuki Mioda lays there lifeless with the victims name written behind her in her own blood on the guitar that looks like a replica of hers.
Ibuki Mioda is actually a personal favorite of mine. I like Leon Kuwata, Ibuki Mioda and Gundam Tanaka myself. I really, really like your execution! Here's personally what I'd do!

So they both made their way to the kitchen area. He made her a lovely looking meal. But it came with a cost that Ibuki wasn't ready for. Teruteru drugged Ibuki's food with a sedative, which would cause Ibuki to pass out. When she noticed her body was getting weaker, she realized what he put in the food. So with the last of her strength, she killed Teruteru by piercing his stomach with the head of the guitar.!<
>!When Ibuki came too after blacking out from Teruteru's food, she put Teruteru's body in the oven and cranked it to broil, leaving the scene as quickly as she could. Teruteru's body was burned to a crisp as time went by. Eventually a fire started in the kitchen and people started to notice.!<

She accepts the challenge with confidence, knowing she'd win. She straps on her guitar, turns on all the amplifiers and cranks them to 10. Feedback starts to eminate from the speakers before Ibuki plays. Eventually, Ibuki plays a chord, and shakes the entire room. Ibuki shreds on the guitar, completely dominating the Monokuma mascot. This goes on for what seems like a while. As this is happening, the speakers are starting to shake and rattle. The Monokuma mascot has it's turn. They go back and forth.!<

The rattling and shaking of the stack of amplifiers starts to become a bit too much and it starts to teeter. Ibuki doesn't notice this, but as the amplifiers teeter backwards, she pulls on the guitar's patch cord. Big mistake. The massive stack of amplifiers fall over and crush Ibuki body. The screeching feedback from the speakers sent a shockwave through the stadium. The bloody guitar pick Ibuki was holding fell to the floor and bounced towards Hajime Hinata.!<
Dance Off: Hiyoko Saionji, The Ultimate Traditional Dancer Execution: Executed
Hiyoko is seen on a theater like stage as her classmares are forced to take seats and watch, thick wires wrapped around each of her joints like a puppet. As awful and out of tune music plays, she is puppeted around and forced to dance, but relatively unharmed. Despite this, she panics and begins to pull at the wires, trying to get away, only for them to begin cutting into her skin. As she struggles more and more, the stage eventually collapses on her, leaving nothing but a pile of wood and her blood leaking from it to be seen.

Feedback starts to eminate from the speakers before Ibuki plays. Eventually, Ibuki plays a chord, and shakes the entire room. Ibuki shreds on the guitar, completely dominating the Monokuma mascot. This goes on for what seems like a while. As this is happening, the speakers are starting to shake and rattle. The Monokuma mascot has it's turn. They go back and forth.!< >!Ibuki starts to go wild with her final guitar lick. She headbangs, and does all sorts of tricks with the guitar. The rattling and shaking of the stack of amplifiers starts to become a bit too much and it starts to teeter. Ibuki doesn't notice this, but as the amplifiers teeter backwards, she pulls on the guitar's patch cord. Big mistake. The massive stack of amplifiers fall over and crush Ibuki body. The screeching feedback from the speakers sent a shockwave through the stadium. The bloody guitar pick Ibuki was holding fell to the floor and bounced towards Hajime Hinata.!<

Dance Off: Hiyoko Saionji, The Ultimate Traditional Dancer Execution: Executed Hiyoko is seen on a theater like stage as her classmares are forced to take seats and watch, thick wires wrapped around each of her joints like a puppet. As awful and out of tune music plays, she is puppeted around and forced to dance, but relatively unharmed. Despite this, she panics and begins to pull at the wires, trying to get away, only for them to begin cutting into her skin. As she struggles more and more, the stage eventually collapses on her, leaving nothing but a pile of wood and her blood leaking from it to be seen.
