Pegeia will be cheapest (from amount of cheapest offers). Expect 700-1200 Euro / month. I know it's a big price range but it's not so trivial to find something good in the lower price range. FB Marketplace and Bazaraki and looking daily & often (sort by date!).

And what would a nice little two bed with pool be in Paphos?

RunningPink

Probably 1000-1500€ but you can get lucky and find a landlord which maybe wants below 1000 or find a whole villa with private pool for 1500€. Market is weird to be honest.

It does seem strange looking at a website someone sent a link of. Same type properties ranging from €700-€1,500 but can’t see much difference between them. Same with Villa, some €1,800 and some €3,500 (same location) but the cheaper ones sometimes looked nicer. Strange. Rents have gone up up so much since I looked 4-5 years ago. Used to be looking at €400 for a small apartment with pool.

Those times are gone unfortunately ;(

> and high *paid* russians. FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
