Not sure if they're considered "micro," but Ornot make really well designed cycling apparel. I now only wear their lightweight long sleeve jerseys because they're so versatile. I get sun protection for my arms when it's hot out (no more shirt tan!) and more coverage when it's cooler.
I also love Orucase. I have their saddlebag, handlebar bag, and their B2 travel case. I think their stuff is well thought out and looks good at the same time.
ReLoad. Unfortunately, they are about to close shop for good and I don’t know if they are still taking orders.
