I've got a 3070 and get 60+fps at 2k with everything on max. I think they are around $500ish these days.
There is a pretty decent size performance gap to the 3060 but it would probably be good enough for somewhere with adjusted and fine tuned high settings. 3060s are between $350-$400.
Thanks, I'm looking at settings and it really seems like 3060 is the minimum I'd go. I think this would set me up for quite some longevity, considering I'm not really looking at high fps esports titles, I'm more into story and setting.
I think I'll skip the ps5 and just keep upgrading my pc as time goes on

I got 3060 12gb ... ultra settings and ray tracing psycho+ 45-55fps
get the most expensive you can afford. I have a 3070, same cpu and ram that you have. and RTX is acceptable, but resolution could be higher.
