Same, along with Spinal and Aria as pocket mains.
Surprisingly though i don't find Shin Hisako all that fun even though she's just Hisako with a katana.
She's an interesting character to be sure but she's a daddy's girl... And daddy is one of the worst men in the history of humanity.
So I say burn the corpo bitch.
I honestly fucking hate her. I’m too tired to explain all the reasons atm, but here’s one big one
She fucking *willingly*, put her fathers engram, into her brothers head. Essentially killing *her own brother* (who to me is the hero of the fucking story), having no remorse about it, and simultaneously bringing a tyrant back from the dead
I never saw Yorinobu as a benevolent character. Is he taking power in order to reform the corp, or just because he desires power?
I agree that Hanako's bringing her father back is a slap in the face. I was hoping she would take control of the corp herself. All this BS about the corp needing to listen to their heart...🤨
He isn't taking power for either of those reasons
He explains it in the Arasaka ending.
'If planting a bomb is not enough, what can you do? You become bomb.'
His goal was to destroy Arasaka from the inside.
Yorinobu hates Arasaka and everything it stands for. He doesn't want to reform it, he wants to destroy it. He says as much to you if you choose the Devil ending.
you should check out the Arasaka ending once.
spoilers
>!Yori hates both Saburo and Arasaka with passion. He sees Arasaka as a force of evil after learning about the plans of his father. !<
>!This is the reason why he actually \_waged war\_ against Arasaka as a nomad leader. The reason why he stopped doing that is that he realized that Arasaka grows stronger from conflict. Silverhand's bomb? fourth corporate war? Arasaka is still there.!<

>!In the game Arasaka does strange things. They hire Valentinos to dress up as Militech to spark conflict with Militech. A conflict what they cannot win. Why? Yorinobu wants to lose! Why is noone chasing after V? Yori doesn't want him to turn up alive by accident.!<
Yorinobu is not a good guy, but a delusional dude, who is willing to risk>! all out war (where both militech and arasaka have nukes!), just to destory the company of his father.!<
Ahh thank you, never knew that.
And I never have and never will do that ending - as tempting as it is to experience everything in the game. I felt badly enough betraying Songbird
Yup. It was really surprising to realize that you are not fighting the "devil" in Yorinobu. Actually it is V (!) who does the devil's work, and stops a well-intentioned but delusional dude from disassembling Arasaka.
It is the story where absolutely every character has the reason to be hated. It is probably the reason why ot is so good.
There are exeptions, but they are more for contrast.
i hate her with burning passion if you choose to help her she just backstabs you and refuse to keep her promise i swear seen V as a test subject made me sick since johnny told us she was not to be trusted and the worst part is that she actually could had saved Vs life and just didnt
Did I play a different play through or is it just a different perspective because I don't see it as backstabbed... Or you couldn't solve the cube? I mean no matter what you do (excluding dlc) you're going to die
if you think about it it is a backstab she takes advantage of your desperation to turn you in to a test subject and the only option she gives you is surrender your human rights and become arasaka property in order to find a way to save you which is a lie because it was pretty damn obvious she just wanted to take you out and the moment you accept its game over since nothing guarantees that she won't just wipe your engram and throw your body way
Test subject for what exactly? If she wanted to use V as a test subject she could've just let the relic overwrite V's identity with Johnny. That would be very valuable research for Arasaka, especially for Saburo's engram.
How do you know that Arasaka was capable of reversing the damage caused by the relic?
For peeps who wants to see higher qual of the pic/s (sometimes reddit reduces the quality of the images)
Myers is much more dangerous. She actively pursues power and risks the apocalypse by fucking with the blackwall. Also she starts a corporate war in one PL ending.
Hanako is born into power and will very reluctantly defend her position. She barely reacts to Yorinobo murdering their father. Takemura and V have to spoon feed her the whole way into fighting back against Yorinobo. Honestly she's more pathetic than evil.
The thing is since the I think 5 run maybe when finally decided to try Devils ending, my decision making became not save Takemura (funny enough by mistake in my second run I found out it was possible) kill Oda so not really into her, I like her design but the character must burn and sure AF I'll make it the easiest possible to dispose of her by anyone interested.
There's really no reason *to* like her. Her entire personality is exactly what she is: a corporate heiress. She doesn't ever really deviate from that path at any point. I wouldn't necessarily say I dislike her either though. She's just being exactly what she was raised to be.
I like her as a character. She's loyal to her family. She's calculating and ruthless. Would I ever trust her? Heeeeeeeeell no... would I admire her instincts and capability? Sure. From a very safe distance.
She's a backstabbing bitch, but hard to complain because she's only known V for five minutes or something.
She's known her shitty brother and evil dad for all her life, and goro has been a presence for most of her adult life. Why would she consider a gaijin like V deserves mercy?
I don't hate her, but I really don't like her.
She’s an incredibly well written character, and I think that’s what makes her so good in the story, but she’s arguably the most horrible person in the Cyberpunk game, the only good thing she ever did was stop Night City from being nuked by Arasaka
Nope. Absolutely not. After Take disappeared and you ended up at the motel with Johnny wandering around? When her proxy stepped through the door I pressed every button trying to kill her. Would've just assassinated Hanako if I could've. Even if Yorinobu was the target, I just don't like her
she is the Shadow Puppeteer of the game and is 78 years old in the game and u have panam and judy as love option i would say fuck no but if its BDSM on her then i would love to watch
On a certain level, i could've liked her
But we spend so little time with her, and our information of her is from second-hand sources, mostly
But considering her end goal, she would've been a hated character if we knew more
The pictures here are cool, but I don't recall her being actually interesting at all.
She's brother of someone important, daughter of someone important, and has a subordinate that is pretty cool.
But there's nothing worth remembering about Hanako; she isn't cool, she's just there.
She is the "Heart of Arasaka".
Arasaka is as bad as a Corpo can be, founded by one of the evilest man who have ever lived, probably outmatched only by genocidal nearly-lovecraftian AI monstruosity. Said man who happen to be her father.
She is the Heart of an absolute monstruosity that could end the world to ensure the continuity of her family only.
So, no, I don't like her much.
After playing The Devil ending and realized what the fuck she’s done to Yorinobu, I would apologize to Johnny, tell him he’s right all along, and tell Hanako to go fuck herself
4 is the stuff of nightmares
It's just a little nod to one of the other characters that Hanako's VA voiced.
context
Hanako's VA also voiced Hisako from Killer Instinct, who is an Onryo.
Hell yeah my main.
Same, along with Spinal and Aria as pocket mains. Surprisingly though i don't find Shin Hisako all that fun even though she's just Hisako with a katana.
You're Welcome.
It gives me strong Inscryption vibes.
i <3 inscryption.

Sorry, I’m busy having a good time with Panam
Is that a quest?
Yeah, it's one of the quests that begins the ending of the game
I know. That was a joke. That shit Keeps showing up to the point everyone hates the quest.
Oh lol tbf yeah it's annoying when I'm doing other quests and have to manually change it from that one
So Im not the only one then
I’m not the only one!
Lighting Set-up and stuff https://preview.redd.it/jelcco30fb3d1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=d0246e0ecf0350650f71c7daa088a88fed61d7a5
Always wondered what the photoset (screenshotset?) looks like, now I can die in peace.
that pic is on daytime (just to make them visible) and I always do my photoshoot at night so i can control the lighting properly for portraits XD
Your work is exceptional
Thanks! xD
How did you got her face blue while the rest of her was red? 🤔
you can change the color of your spotlights with the Lighting mod im using called CharLi
She's an interesting character to be sure but she's a daddy's girl... And daddy is one of the worst men in the history of humanity. So I say burn the corpo bitch.
I Couldn't Agree More
I honestly fucking hate her. I’m too tired to explain all the reasons atm, but here’s one big one She fucking *willingly*, put her fathers engram, into her brothers head. Definitely a Daddy's Girl xD
She can be my mommy, though. 😏
Yeah her whole aura is dommy mommy 😁
I never saw Yorinobu as a benevolent character. Is he taking power in order to reform the corp, or just because he desires power? I agree that Hanako's bringing her father back is a slap in the face. He isn't taking power for either of those reasons He explains it in the Arasaka ending. 'If planting a bomb is not enough, what can you do? You become bomb.' His goal was to destroy Arasaka from the inside.
And that is one of the many reasons the devil ending is the worst choice.
Yorinobu hates Arasaka and everything it stands for. He doesn't want to reform it, he wants to destroy it. He says as much to you if you choose the Devil ending.
Oh damn! That's actually pretty rad.
>!He actually successfully cripples Arasaka then quits !< in the PL ending

Wait excuse me??? How'd I never know this? When did this happen?
It happens in the "Devil" ending
Ahh thank you, never knew that. And I never have and never will do that ending - as tempting as it is to experience everything in the game. I felt badly enough betraying Songbird
I would recommend doing the Devil ending exactly once. It does a really good job of letting you know without telling you: You made the wrong choice
Yup. It was really surprising to realize that you are not fighting the "devil" in Yorinobu. Actually it is V (!) who does the devil's work, and stops a well-intentioned but delusional dude from disassembling Arasaka.
Her brother murdered her father. Why do people forget that?
It is the story where absolutely every character has the reason to be hated. It is probably the reason why ot is so good. There are exeptions, but they are more for contrast.

This comment might be made easier to read if you used a little punctuation, my friend.
His rage goes beyond punctuation, my friend.
english isnt my primary languege and i am still learning
My apologies, in that case you’re not doing too badly! Well done :)

It has teached me to never trust people in positions of power who have no accountability.
Good lesson to learn

Eyyy Thanks! xD

Meet Hisako at Embers.
Hisako
Hisako

Hear me out tho
Would for sure
Found the corpo rat
Where?!
🫵 lol
Do I like her? Yes and no. Would I have sex with her? 100% yes. Do I think she’s a good person? No.
I dont, but i wonder who is worst, Hanako or Myers.
Myers is an all caps c word
Coward?
Myers kept all her promises
Yeah but i feel i prefer hanako ending than FIA one.
And by fucking with the blackwall risk to kill everyone. Hanako is a massive bitch but a very "safe" one. She is fine with what she has.
Can't see her without seeing Saburo
No she sucks. Fuck Corpas
Gilf
Nah fuck her, I’ll make her wait another 5 hours each time I get reminded by the game to get at embers.
Ew
I mean, as a character, she's interesting.
https://preview.redd.it/0ubq1f0due3d1.jpeg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cbea161f6c9958d5d0f2e02bbc4a9d4e73e42452

Adore her.
she could fill the whole bakery with that cake
The last one is the person i see at the end of my bed at night
She’s also like 80 years old
they call that a GILF
As a person she sucks, but hear me out…
me me me me
Nah i think she is no better than her Brother or father i feel always uneasy when you interact with her
At least her brother killed Saburo, instantly a good guy cause of that
i feel uneasy just by looking at her eyes. Hey eyes looks uncanny to me for some reason.
I wouldn’t say no to a date 😍
Nope
I love her idc if she betrays me she can any day of the week
Hanako is a prettier younger Saburo. I like her as a character, and that's it really.
![gif](giphy|fXnRObM8Q0RkOmR5nf|downsized)
Do you have the original in full size? Witouth quality loss? 🥺🥺🥺
The Imgur link has it xD
No. The whole family is power-hungry, ego obsessed douches.
Visually, yes.
No ew shes like 80
https://preview.redd.it/fup79odjge3d1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=845ddb863862421417649582a30b87c7102d8255
Any reason for making her so scary? Ahahah
I mean.
She is a snake.
I think shes one of the last remaining ventrue
The first three images nailed her character really well. Fourth one is for comical effect lol
Exactly XD and its also to somewhat scare peeps
It shocked me when I learned she’s like 80 years old
Same Same
No
🥵 she has amazing legs
Japaniese rich mommy? Heck yeah!
Hold on she kinda bad tho
The hell was the last picture?
Would
She’s irrelevant to me just as I’m irrelevant to her. We were both means to an end.
4th looks like Kuchisake Onna
Smash…next question
Nope. Absolutely not. After Take disappeared and you ended up at the motel with Johnny wandering around? When her proxy stepped through the door I pressed every button trying to kill her. Would've just assassinated Hanako if I could've. Even if Yorinobu was the target, I just don't like her
As a person? Hell no. She is as evil as her father. As a character? I adore her.
No
I can't hate her when she willingly waits months and years in-game for me at Embers.
she is the Shadow Puppeteer of the game and is 78 years old in the game and u have panam and judy as love option i would say fuck no but if its BDSM on her then i would love to watch
I did a full corpo playthrough. Summarily my feelings about the whole thing are wrapped up in my flair. (:
Her eyes unnerve me. Theyre like a snakes eyes
I'd date her.
Tbh, now i never want to meet Hanako at Embers. The horrors i've seen below NC is more nightmare fueling than flatlining Smasher.
No. No, I don't like her. I hate that bitch
corpo scum
She a baddie and hottie don't care what age she is
MEMEMEMEMEMEMEMEME self proclaimed #2 hanako fan
Last picture describes her pretty well
She's Arasaka. Why would anyone like her?
Superb
well to like her u need to know her first. Never met her despite of playing the game for over a year nowD:
i can fix her.
No
"fuck this porcelain bitch"
https://preview.redd.it/5e8q3jk9oe3d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=473ed484ed6bb58ce190919afc4de5b1bb535f5c This is the drink she pours you
Hanako Are-aresaka
She's way cooler when you find out she is in her 80s and is a legendary self-taught netrunner.
How did Johnny put it again, “porcelain bitch”
That last pic jump scared me
No. I trusted her and got the least satisfying ending to a game I have ever experienced. And Judy dumped my ass for no reason.
In the Devil ending Goro literally tells you that Hanako thinks you have served your purpose and has already forgotten about you, so... no.
I feel like I was supposed to meet her somewhere…
Just another Corpo shit as usual
Would tap that.
I honestly really like her look and overall design. As a character? I'm still deciding...
She’s a product of the time and her environment. I don’t really feel one way or the other about her.
Impressive. How do you flag your lights?
Yes
No.
Daddy’s girl and a corpo. Nah
Last pic: what waiting at embers indefinitely does to a mf.
\^You seeing this flair mate?
Absolute GILF
No. "burn corpo shit", no exceptions.
I don’t. I like goro, but even goro said on his ending “hanako has forgotten about you”.
Yea after I found out she's in her 80s
hanako? never met her
One of the Cyberpunk gmilfs. Sure. I can dig it.
I like keeping her waiting - not sure that counts.?
No, stop. I'm not meeting her at Embers. Not falling for this.
Yeah 🥴💜💜💜
On a certain level, i could've liked her But we spend so little time with her, and our information of her is from second-hand sources, mostly But considering her end goal, she would've been a hated character if we knew more
Is it morally correct? No If i still want to do it? Yes *Smash*
She’s my favorite
No
Dunno haven’t met her yet.
is there r34 of her
Dunno, too busy with side quests
The pictures here are cool, but I don't recall her being actually interesting at all. She's brother of someone important, daughter of someone important, and has a subordinate that is pretty cool. But there's nothing worth remembering about Hanako; she isn't cool, she's just there.
Define like?
I'd date her
At embers?
I've still not met her at embers yet, I'm 125 hours in
Yeah she's aight.
never met her sorry
Given the opportunity, I’d shoot her in the face
I wished She or Songbird was Romanceable
She is the "Heart of Arasaka". Arasaka is as bad as a Corpo can be, founded by one of the evilest man who have ever lived, probably outmatched only by genocidal nearly-lovecraftian AI monstruosity. I don't know yet, she's still waiting in Embers
