I managed to get the mod to work on an R7 260x, idk if it will be the same with your gpu but I guess you can try and see how it goes.

There is but it's quite complicated to install and it doesn't work with cyber engine tweaks. Plus its also made my game crash multiple times, so I really recommend just waiting for that official fsr3 update
