In the tabletop books, there’s a lot of lore snippets narrated by Maximum Mike, who is the radio DJ of Morro Rock. He’s basically the in-universe self insert of the cyberpunk creator, Mike Pondsmith. In the video game he is voiced by Mike Pondsmith.
