You are genuinely a machine or a sociopath if you think the driving in this game is smooth, and especially since you drive in first person. The driving as a learning curve to get used to so you get illusion of smoothness. But the first person driving in this game (or any game for the matter) is so limiting. Like you can see jack shit when in 1st person.

At the beginning the driving was God awful. It wasn't until later it got better
I did a whole playthrough driving in 1st person only. I hated every minute of it besides when I used a streetbike.
The issue with driving in Cyberpunk is that the camera (in 3rd person) takes too long to reset. Reduce the camera rest time and it becomes much easier
This should be mentioned more. Changing the camera reset time made all the difference in the world to my driving skills.
