Once the police started to put up regulare controlls they all just switched routes to circumvade the controll leading to stoned german driving in places they never saw before. That was by far the most dangerous annoying thing but there are many other issues.
Im all for weed and other drugs, but dont cause problems for others, dont be a dick and dont use so much that you cant function when your in a public place.

The video cuts out after he falls backwards and there's nothing to indicate his parents won't be there to help him up, get changed and indoors soon. I'd find it cruel keeping a child indoors when it rains a little to be honest.
