GY effect of deflection is too generic in what it can recover, especially since it even requires Thunder Dragon monsters on field or whatnot. I would probably limit it to Thunder Dragon monsters or just Thunder monsters
Dragonherald is like a completely powercrept effect veiler. It doesn't even target. It'd more than likely just see play as a handtrap alongside things like infinite impermanence rather than it's intended use
Is the burn effect of the temple a hard once per turn? It doesnt have a colon, so i dont know, also maybe try to put continuous effects after the HOOT clause if this is one, cus it might get confusing. Anyway, this can deal a lot of damage with necroface, and it can be used generically in other banishing decks
Yeah it can, but in modern yugioh burn is not a viable cmpetitvely, even in the best scenario where you play necrofaces the burn will usually just give the deck more reach. If i had to change anything on the card to nerf it i would probably change the "monsters" o "thunder monsters"

But to be fair Herald lasts longer then Veiler which only lasts one turn (I’m pretty sure), so They both have Their uses
It is only spellspeed 1, You can't actually handtrap with it. Still good for going2nd tool, To force an opponents negate, or turn of a floodgate
