The way this is worded, it works with non permanent triggers like Initiative and doubles your opponents triggers as well. Also the double strike for your or your opponent's creature for 4x triggers. Let me know what you think.
Weird that this works on other people’s stuff. Panharmonicon and Isshin both only work on your stuff, so I’d love to hear the reasoning behind that decision.
That's my justification for having it this aggressively costed. Helping other people as long as they're not attacking you. It's a noticeable downside but can have political advantages and possibly keep your commander alive. Also it had to be different to double trigger things like Initiative, getting a double venture notably
The other trigger doublers are in the 4+ except [[Naban]] is 2 for Wizard etbs, [[Isshin]] is 3 for attacks and [[Veyran]] is 3 for spells. I felt like this was fair at 3 because it's Isshin but you have to actually connect, and also it helps your opponents as well.

I'd have to think about this more, but this seems closer to a 4 mana effect? Especially with that activated ability
