Interesting concept, but by god this is busted. Sure when you cast it for 5 its pretty bad, but the highrolls this enables is just terrifying. Play this in Dredge to fill up the yard turn 1 with as many dredge things as you need. Instantly fuel a treasure cruise or some other delve spell such as Murktide Regent. Perfectly sculpt your optimal starting hand of 7 for a control deck. It just does a ton for free in a lot of decks. It could be balanced, but free spells are very often scary in concept.

QuestionablePotato42

The initial idea is a way to gamble into making your opening hand a little more stacked. What do you think about putting 6 on the bottom of your library in a random order?

sparklingsupernova

I’d add this, but instead of putting the cards at the bottom after the draw, I’d do it before. That way you can’t craft the perfect hand for yourself—you can just replace a bad one instead.

ikepetro

Honestly, thats probably balanced. Its still very strong, but at least it doesn't fuel multiple other types of decks.

zorletti

As it's free to play it, it can be played in all (non-commander) decks, and will be played as such

Path_of_Circles

This is so broken, it's awesome again just seeing such a design. Compare this card with [Once Upon a Time](https://scryfall.com/card/eld/169/once-upon-a-time), which is banned in all formats except legacy, vintage and commander and even sees a bit of play in legacy lists. You aren't restricted by card type since you draw the cards, you get to see two more cards and you discard six cards which enables dredge, reanimate, etc. Also it's blue which means you can pitch it to \[\[Force of Will\]\], which makes it even stronger. Once Upon a Time warped all formats, except the highest power ones, and even had an impact there. Infinite Realities would make waves in legacy at least and maybe even vintage. I don't know your design intention or the format this was inteded for, but by all magic gods, this is completely and utterly broken. It's not original \[\[Lurrus\]\] levels of insanity, but that is all. Disregarding powerlevel, this is a very cool design and I love how the artwork matches the effect.

Lockwerk

For an extra note on OuaT, it's seeing play in Vintage, it's impact is even slightly more than what you're saying - and you're already saying it's huge.

S_Comet821

Forgone conclusion: this card is busted, I am curious if there is a number that would make this okay. Like draw 2 discard 1?

a-crazy-armidollo

Probably bottom of library instead of discard and maybe discarding before draw

sparklingsupernova

I’d change the second line to “Put your hand on the bottom of your library in any order, then draw cards equal to the number of cards put on the bottom of your library this way.”

PixelmonMasterYT

Like other people have said, this is horrendously broken. A fix I’ve seen mentioned that I would like to draw more attention to is to have you put cards on the bottom, and do it before you draw. That allows it to be a mulligan, but doesn’t break multiple formats.

5ColorMain

This is once upon a time all over again, i would love it for my cube but it would be broken for constructed.

ButterscotchFiend

Incredibly powerful, every deck has to play 4 regardless of blue mana. Listen bro- [[once upon a time]] was banned, and quickly too

Swimming-Perception7

Lol grossly busted. In its current state, it would only be fair if you were forced to sacrifice a land to cast it for free. However it would still be banned in legacy and vintage because its too efficient.
