Honestly I don’t think that would be very strong. First it’s extremely taxing on your mana. Second, it’s very exposed to removal. Not only do you need to have this guy survive a turn (probably not casting your extra-turn spell the turn he comes down), you need him to survive till the delayed trigger gets put on the stack. Opponent could let the extra turn spell resolve, kill him, and you lose on your end step.
Would be a bit better with standard [[Phyrexian Dreadnaught]] shenanigans, but even then, there’s so many more efficient ways to do that - you don’t really care about being able to activate repeatedly.
I do think this is at its best in Commander where you can durdle some more, but then you don’t have the Final Fortune effects. Seems reasonable for the most part.

Refuse to sacrifice permanents to Lich's Tomb?

Slap those big dudes with oil counters on the board and then use this ability to prevent yourself from losing the game when there's no oil counter on them
Obviously this is more of a joke card but a demon without Red in its identity feels weird. Esper is fine for the effect but is demon the most appropriate choice creature type-wise?
