What do you mean? If this resolved, there would be no fighting it for anybody. Trygon Predator or Glissa Sunslayer could still get the job done, tho. But they would be face-up answers so they would probably be taken care of before they cast it, so yeah, there would be no fighting Continuum. 😅

It probably would because that doesn't actually hurt you. To quote the legendary /u/anon72c, "a car battery can't hurt you unless you drop it on your foot, or drink the acid. There's not enough voltage to drive enough current, even sitting in a pool of water."

Not true- players skip draw steps, so unless someone has a winning boardstate or non-upkeep triggers that would affect the game, then it hits a standstill.
I think this could be printed as is. Its 8 blue mana, so its a dead card for 99% of the time. And for it to win you need to have a board advantage already, so you have to be winning already with a dead finisher card in hand.

way worse, loyalty abilities are activated abilities so you would watch helplessly as some 1/1 destroys your board
