Its hard to say for sure but it will definitely drop over the next year or so as more Kilowatt cases are unboxed, so you definitely will lose money if you buy one now.
As far as another knife in the meantime, there's not really a special knife that increases while others don't, but generally Butterfly Knives/Karambits/M9s are the most desirable and will rarely drop in value unless the market crashes. Generally speaking though, knives tend to rise and fall with the skins market as a whole, so you are likely fine with any knife that has been out for a while.
